Pessimo servizio assistenza.Non so dove portare a riparare l’apparecchio rotto dopo i due anni di garanzia.

I purchased a brand-new Tineco FLOOR ONE STATION S9 ARTIST for over €900, expecting a premium product and premium quality. After only approximately two months of normal use, the machine developed a serious malfunction. The charging station stopped recognizing the device, it would no longer charge, and essential station functions such as water filling and cleaning became unusable. I contacted Tineco support and followed every troubleshooting step they requested. After several days of back and forth, Tineco finally confirmed in writing that the machine was defective and that the problem could not be resolved through self-diagnosis. And what was their solution? A refurbished/demo/customer-returned machine instead of the brand-new €900+ product I purchased. They even asked me to physically remove the serial number from my defective machine in order to receive the refurbished replacement. I refused. I paid over €900 for a brand-new premium product, not a refurbished or previously used device. A product at this price should not fail after two months, and the proposed solution is simply unacceptable. What is even more disappointing is the after-sales support. Instead of properly resolving the problem, I spent days going back and forth trying to get a reasonable solution. If you are considering buying a Tineco product, think twice. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Tineco. A €900+ product failing after two months is bad enough. Being offered a refurbished unit instead of properly standing behind the new product makes the experience even worse. Very disappointing. I would not buy Tineco again.

My Tineco is a game changer!! I bought it from Target, brought it home, super simple instructions on how to use it, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! It is THE BEST. It's SO easy to use, lightweight, I love the swivel. I might have to buy another one for my upstairs...😊 I wish I would have had it years ago. I'd LOVE to have a small handheld designed for stairs!

My cordless vacuum came in so handy when my last one broke. It’s a heavy vacuum and I typically use the highest setting for my laminate flooring. I do enjoy it and recommend!

We love our cordless vacuum! We had an issue one time and the support team was very helpful and sent us the replacement part for free! Highly recommend products from this company!

10 mesi fa',io e mia moglie,ci siamo regalati una Tineco FLOOR ONE S9 Artist,pagata 500 euri(in offerta,ma dal valore di 700 euri sul sito ufficiale). è iniziato il calvario dei problemi con la spazzola che si consumava in modo anomalo.subito pronti,ci spedivano una spazzola nuova,ma dopo un mese,ancora perdita di pelo e del tessuto della spazzola,in modo anomalo.subito pronti a spedirci una spazzola nuova.dopo 8mesi,si spengeva di continuo,riesco a capire e vedere,che si erano spezzati,rotti,i supporti della batteria,muovendosi,perdeva il contatto. subito pronti mi mandavano una batteria nuova.oggi dopo appena due mesi,si è ripresentato il problema , trovando i supporti della batteria in molti pezzi,impedendomi di usare l'apparecchio perché si spenge di continuo.oggi si è staccato anche la striscia in gomma messa davanti la spazzola come paraurti.(l'uso viene fatto in un semplice appartamento,usandolo con criterio ed attenzione). finora,la sconsiglio a tutti e consiglio di guardare altre marche. peccato che non posso dare 0 stelle!!!
