Fast service. Great quality of product.

The backdrop I ordered is great quality. My husband, who does photography, is very pleased with how it looks in a photograph. I started out ordering one backdrop and then decided I did not like the print on it. I had some challenges with understanding the return policy. But when I reached out to the company, they were able to resolve my issues. So all in all, good customer service as well as good quality product.

The back drops were awesome, very well made and shipping was super fast.

My backdrop arrived with the hanging loop on the side rather than the top. The company offered to pay for a tailor to resew the loop to the top. I got a bid and then they went back to the manufacturer and got them to replace the backdrop with another one. Great support on their side. This is my third time I have used them and will continue to do so. Well Done
