THIS COMPANY STEALS PHOTOGRAPHERS IMAGES AND RESELLS THE IMAGES AS BACKDROPS! I WOULD GIVE NO STARS BUT THAT ISN'T A OPTION. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY HAVE STOLEN SO MANY OF MY DESIGNS.

Even though I paid for fast shipping which guaranteed arrival 3-6 days after leaving the manufacturer, the package arrived after eight days. The package was damaged but fortunately the fabric of the cover is intact. The worst thing is that the print on the fabric has color defects.

Don’t use this company. I ordered a backdrop from them which was more expensive that their competitor “Kate” and after some time it arrived, initially I was pleased until what I thought was lots of pieces of white cotton all over it only to find that these were holes in the surface of the material. After I contacted them they responded and offered a refund or replacement, I went for a replacement as I liked the backdrop but since then they have ignored my several attempts to contact them. I have no confidence that I will ever see the replacement or get my money back.

I ordered a backdrop, stand and lights. The backdrop stand I ordered came with an incorrect piece so i can’t even assemble it making it useless. I have tried contacting them over email, on facebook and through instagram and have gotten no response. I’m going to have to buy a new stand. The lights and the stand are totally flimsy and very low quality. AVOID

Do not purchase from here !! I spent over £60 and non returnable. It was my mistake as I presumed the company is UK based but it’s China based. The product is nothing usable. The fabric is like velvet and just blotched with various colours and no identifiable scene and looks nothing like the pictures. A load of crap which will never be used !
