I thought they're offering a coupon to get their 1st time service for cheap. They're luring with introductory coupon and charging membership fee of $49 without any notice via email or text. This membership has to be continued for 6 months and if you plan to cancel, you've to pay an additional cancellation fee of $148. There is no customer support at all -- some stupid chat bot and no call-center contact number. Although the cleaner showed up for my 1st appointment, I wouldn't recommend Dazzling cleaning service.

My cleaner canceled 30 minutes before the scheduled cleaning. She rescheduled for a few days later but canceled again. My new cleaner just never showed up. Most frustrating company to try and work with. Stay far far away!

Literally so disappointed with this company. They have a 3 strike rule regarding canceling of their membership. Once you have 3 negative experiences you may cancel membership with no penalty. I had 1 negative experience where a cleaner brought an additional person to my home and consistently talked negatively about my home while cleaning- and didn't do that well of a job, I had 2 cleaners that were no shows for 2 separate cleanings, and 1 cleaner that did a half cleaning job then ran the clock out of minutes instead of checking out. When I brought my 1st 3 negative experiences to their customer service attention they said my experiences do not count unless I leave the cleaners a negative review. Dazzling cleaning forces you to give cleaners 1 stars instead of handling the complaints. They do not consider "no call no shows" as apart of your negative experience. It's very unfortunate because I had an event and needed my space cleaned when no one showed up. Every time you reach out to customer service all they do is give you credit and refer "highly rated cleaners". Everytime I select one of these cleaners they are NEVER the ones that show up. Giving someone 1 star can truly effect their rating but that is the only way Dazzling cleaning will accept your negative experiences as truly being negative. I do not like doing this as it may effect someone's means of living but I also keep being sent less than mediocre cleaners! Every week I'll request specific cleaners and I won't know who is coming in my home until 48 hours before the cleaning and it is never the selection I chose. Dazzling cleaning should at least send a notification that the cleaners selected weren't available and know me to select new set of cleaners but that never happens. They will also refer highly rated cleaners only for me to always get a novice cleaner. I'm extremely disappointed because I truly had high hopes of supporting this company. At this point I'm very frustrated and just waiting for my membership to be up so I can finally be done with this company. I've found cleaners and cleaning companies that charge about the same price and do MUCH better with cleaning and customer service. My comments to Dazzling cleaning, you need to have a standard for your cleaners and find another way for customers to complain rather than forcing 1 star reviews.
