This service is nothing but a scam and the foreverclean membership is falsely advertised. Do not fall into the trap that I did. Their advertisement and even pages within a user's account show definitive pricing that they say is guaranteed, when in reality not only is the base rate often several times the "guaranteed rate" the "service" adds extra charges and fees on to every single booking. If you contact the company about their illegal false advertising, they will tell you that they don't care and that if you cancel, they're going to get their money anyways with exorbitant cancelation charges and fees. Do not get scammed, stay away if you are looking for something that will make your life easier because this will achieve only the opposite.

Worse experience they broke my cabinet and then go enjoy the next day they said they would refund my money instead of refunding my money they charge me again and again I don’t recommend them

I also thought that dazzling cleaning seemed to offer an excellent service. But! Was I ever fooled! I have a very nice home located in Roseville CA, that has extremely valuable furnishings. I was scheduled for a cleaning on Friday March 18th at 9:00AM, the cleaning lady was Evelyne. I received a text message that morning from Evelyne stating that she would arrive between 9:00-9:30 AM. At 9:25 AM I got my little dog 🐕 and I into my hemi Challenger and awaited her arrival in the driveway. By 9:35 AM, she hadn't showed up and I had to leave. At approximately 10:00 AM I got in touch with her to confront her regarding this matter. First off, she was extremely rude, she absolutely lied that she arrived at 9:27 AM. Then she became even more rude and stated that I should have left the front door unlocked for her. I was extremely adamant with her that I would never leave my house unlocked for anyone, I have extremely valuable furnishings and my house is definitely alarmed. She became even more rude, and I said goodbye. Shortly after that, I get an email report from dazzling cleaning stating that I am charged $59.70 because Evelyne adamantly lied that she arrived and was locked out. I have done thorough research regarding this alleged business, and they have multitudes of negative reviews, especially with the BBB. They have an F rating with the BBB. There are numerous warnings that they are extremely misleading and seriously corrupt regarding their business practices. After I threatened serious legal action, allegedly one of their business directors, Emma contacted me trying to justify their actions using extremely apologizing tactics. Unfortunately, considering the extremely large amount of serious negative reviews, I am not accepting her apologizing tactics. I had to cancel my current Visa debit card and apply for a replacement for my own safety. I have read several reviews from previous clients claiming that they were continually charged by dazzling cleaning even after they canceled their membership. This company is extremely skilled and diabolical regarding their extremely misleading and unethical business practices.

They do not tell you about the termination fees. DO NOT Sign up through them.

First cleaner was a no call no show, second cleaner... didn't accept the job. The third, well let's just say I wish she wouldn't have showed up. She came 20 minutes early I has booked ger for a total of 8 hours for cleaning my house. 2 bedrooms three baths about 1900 sq feet. The notes that I left for the cleaning were to organize the pantry and my bedroom. When she arrived she asked what I need done. I told her she didn't have to clean one of the bedrooms and to focus on the pantry. I did a walk through of the house for her telling her what needed to be done. She began by looking at me with dissapointment and started throwing expired products away in my pantry. She filled three garbage bags in less that 30 minutes. Came and got me and asked how I liked it. I told her it was a start and showed her all the organizing containers I had bought for the pantry. She pretty much just moved stuff around putting some food products on my washer and dryer. She then moved up stairs. I gave her a bunch of hangers for my clothes and closet. I went to check on her and tell her we were leaving because she had already changed her time from 10am to 12. I didn't feel the need to supervise her for 8 hours since the company boasts about verified top cleaners. At 320 pm my son said she had left. I texted her, she said "yeah I left, I mopped and did everything you told me to" I told her to only charge me for the time she was there. She got nasty with me and said she would be charging me for the full time because she did "extras" and did more than a basic cleaning. She also went to say that she sat out in her truck for an hour plus waiting for the floor to dry while she left my door to the outside open. I have three cats.... thankfully none of them ran out the door. So to sum it up I came home and all the containers and hangers we left untouched, she did nothing but throw a bunch of stuff away in my pantry. We even through the garbage bags and found more than half of the stuff she threw away was not even expired. She charged me for the full 8 hours! This company did nothing to help and they do not have a customer service number. They did send me a text stating it takes up to 3 cleaners before you find the one you like. So I guess I need to spend another 100.00 two more times?? Unreal. Scam

One of their cleaner stole a bunch of stuff from my house. The company did nothing. DONT BE SCAMMED

I had 4 cleaners not show back to back wasting my money. Also they have no customer service number.

Total scam! Adds words to contract to twist it their way. 1 cleaner ... Rescheduled 3x. At last min. CLEANING was terrible 2nd cleaner ... NO SHOW 3rd cleaner ... Cancelled at last min. Sent text saying that cleaners are contracted. No policy in place set by company to protect clients from Covid, safety or vaccine. She was not vaccinated. Because this was my 3rd cleaner. I cancelled my contract, which they charged me $168. They told me by email the no show was not counted and the 3rd was cancelled so .... since I only had one experience with one cleaner that did not follow their 3 strikes rule that would allow me to cancel contract. -- BEWARE --
