**UPDATE as of Dec. 2022 - I finally was able to get out of my contract, talk about a Christmas miracle, but this was after paying for months. And NOW, the company is trying to have my review taken down due to them believing it's not based on a genuine experience. What a joke. ------------------------- Can't believe I fell for this scam of a company. When you think you're booking one cleaning, you're actually being roped into 6-month commitment to pay a monthly fee. Booked a cleaner for 6 hours + two additional requests for a total of 8 hours. Cleaners were here for less than 4 hours and did not do as thorough of a job as I had hoped and the additional items I requested were not completed. Instead of being able to cancel my service, I'm told I must pay a $300+ termination fee that accounts for the full 8-hour appointment that I never received. This company has been fighting me on terminating my contract and basically begging me to book another cleaning. Not wasting my time nor my money. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. This company is a scam.

Scam. You think you get a deal for your first cleaning, but really they are roping you into 6 months of subscription fees. Impossible to reach anyone by phone. Over $100 for "early termination."

Their website is so bad that once you sign it. You are not able to cancel the service( trying for the last 3 months to cancel it). They keep charging on your card. There is no way to remove your card details. This pain and feel cheated.

Do not bother. Thier business model is only concerned with recieving monthly plan fees and not your actual service. Very poor to no prior communication, no shows / cancelation without notice. No confirmation communication either. 1-2 days after no show "how was your service". 3-5 days after no show, "we need to reschedule, your credit card needs to be updated"

The worst experience ever! Don’t do a business with them!

I gave this one star because I couldn’t give it none. I’ve been waiting all week for my house to be clean today from noon to 3 PM. I wouldn’t care if they came in earlier or later hour that wouldn’t be a problem. The problem is Rose has contacted me all week long confirming the appointment yet today she did not show up and I got a iMessage 15 minutes after 12 that nobody was coming. This is not satisfactory service. My house is on the market and it needs to be clean on Friday so it’s ready for the weekend showings. I am 76 years old and I’ve had five spinal surgeries so I really do need help!!!

This website is a scam. You cannot get in touch with a real customer support representative. Every cleaning I scheduled for canceled at the last minute with a different excuse each time.

Please don’t ever ever use this company!!! Run!! They draw you in with a greatly reduced cleaning and you don’t see the fine print that says that you are trapped for 6 months at least. You don’t know it but you have now joined their cleaning plan for $40 a month. What do you get for $40? Nothing. Is that amount applied to your cleanings? Nope. It’s just a charge for the privilege of using their services and to pay exactly the same thing you would pay if you hired someone privately. They lie to you and tell you that your membership will save you 60% off all your cleanings. It doesn’t. The cleaners charge the same $35 an hour that everyone charges PLUS you have to add in two more fees to put MORE money on Dazzling Cleaning’s pockets. So now you’re paying $44 an hour! Let’s not forget the $40 a month you’re paying for the privilege of someone coming to your home to be paid to clean it. This has been a complete nightmare. Seriously…run as fast as you can. I didn’t know I was trapped in a contract until I read it in another review. And they charge you $236 to break the contract so you better just keep paying that $40 a month for nothing. WORST COMPANY EVER
