Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

Absolute rip off! And they continue to charge you when you aren't even using their services. Pay attention to the reviews! Only the ones under ad in small writing which they pay for are good. All others like Yelp are one star for over 350! That's the lowest rating one can give 1 star. I'll have to run an add campaign to come out before them just to let everyone know that's targeted by the same algorithm that they are horrible! Watch me

So the story starts like this: I had an appointment on 25th August and the cleaner did not show up, then I was asked to reschedule . So I rescheduled it for 1st August at 10 am and without any information the appointment was rescheduled for 3rd August at 12pm which didn't work for me, so I got the start time changed to 10am on 3rd August, that is today trying to adjust with them. I had been getting the confirmation emails since last two days. Today half an hour before the appointment at 9:34am I received a text from the cleaner that she is running late and the earliest she can come is 11: 30( which doesn't work for me and that was the reason I had rescheduled at the first place).she asked me to either reschedule, cancel the appointment or call someone else. Today again my entire day got wasted , thanks to their services. Now because of their ongoing pattern of unprofessional behavior I canceled my membership and they charged $154 for it. So because their employees dont show up for the appointment and I canceled the membership Iam paying this amount. How reasonable is that?

I signed up for a six month term and my first cleaning was ok. I scheduled an additional cleaning and the person texted the day of to say they were running late. She contacted me repeatedly to say she was later and later until she canceled. I scheduled another cleaning and the same thing happened. I scheduled another one and the cleaner contacted me to see if she could do a different time than she had accepted for. When I told her that didn't work she kept the appointment and then canceled last minute. I was able to 'match' with another cleaner who simply did not show up. When I reached out to the company they assured me I would not be charged; however they do charge the monthly membership fee. When I stated I should get a refund because they failed to provide services they said the could not do that because I had signed up for a membership and it was against the terms. 'Early' cancellation of the membership for 'services' results in a early termination fee. I find it unreasonable to be required to pay a membership fee for cleaning services when no services are ever provided. Assurances that I will 'match' with someone else are unreliable as the other matches also cancel or do not show up. As far as I can tell this service is an absolute scam for collecting a monthly membership fee and never actually following through with the service as advertised.

Do not sign up for this service! I don't write reviews but I had to write one and save people from my experience. First of all they don't tell you, that you're actually signing up for a $49 monthly service which doesn't even include the price of cleaning. I thought I was getting a one-time cleaning. I tried 3 different cleaners because they told me I had to pay $168 dollar fee if I didn't. The first cleaner spend 4 hours on 5 sets of blinds. Second cleaner didn't show up and I had to miss work to come clean for our Airbnb because someone was checking in that day. Third cleaner only did half of what we asked and in a small studio apartment in 2 hours. It takes 1 person usually 45 minutes to clean the same space. After all of this they still won't cancel our service!

My experience with this company has been time consuming and Terrible. Here's the timeline so far: signed up and had my 1st cleaner. She basically cleaned my kit and some floors in 7 hours, took lots of smoke breaks, had my TV up when I came home even though my boys were at the house very awkward. I blocked her and moved on. That was 5 weeks ago and no. Leaders will accept my scheduled requests. Reached out to the home office via email and all I get is endless sales promotions. They say I signed up and knew the terms and they won't offer a cancelation without me paying the 259 dollar fee. Problem is: Noone is taking my requests. Customer service doesn't exist. The cleaners are subpar and disconnected from the business. And on top of it all, there's a monthly fee you get charged regardless. This is a huge scam. I called it onto the BBB. Stay away at all costs. The other 5 star reviews are fake.

Terrible company. Total scam!!!! Sent me one cleaner who did nothing and another whose boyfriend stole $400 from me and a bunch of car parts. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN TO THE $9 cleaning! It’s a SCAM!!!

THIS IS A TRAP - READ BEFORE YOU SIGNING UP (YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR ~$550 YEARLY MEMBERSHIP) - I signed up for the cleaning services (for 6hr cleaning service) and didn't have great experience - THE cleaner Arrived 1.30HRS late, I had to tell them very specifically what needed to do every now and then (not experienced), the cleaner was accommodative but the quality of cleaning wasn't great. So I decided to cancel future cleaning services, and also the membership. When I tried to cancel my future services they are asking me to pay ~$270 to cancel for yearly membership. Chat support didn't get me to support, its all auto-responses, I finally had to drop an email to support.

It's 100% SCAM, they will not show, and WILL NOT tell you its you are singing up for memership.
