I scheduled a cleaning 2 weeks ago and have been receiving several text confirmations from a cleaner named Trish who accepted and confirmed. Then without appropriate or even professional notice, she cancels just prior to the cleaning and I can't get anyone from Dazzling Cleaner to discuss this issue. I am so disappointed and never would have hired a company with unreliable and unprofessional cleaners especially when I can't reach them to let them know how disappointed I am

Dishonest website with fake reviews
Dishonest website with fake reviews. They will dupe you into signing for a welcome voucher and without your knowledge enroll you into monthly payments and if you try to cancel it before 6 months- will charge you another 200 dollars for cancellation. Don’t fall for this.

Terrible
Terrible experience. Last week I paid extra for fridge cleaning, but didn't receive it. The cleaner even brought her kid who sat on my couch watching TV... The company refused to refund my money.
Today was my wife's last chemo treatment after a year long battle with breast cancer. They were supposed to come clean while we were in treatment. A cleaner scheduled, even confirmed, then totally ghosted. Was super disappointed to come home to a dirty house.
This company sucks.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Lorena didn’t show up for her first appointment. I have 7 kids and run 2 businesses. I expect people to be on time. I gave her 30 mins and called her. She was asleep. She said she had mixed up the days and thought it was for tomorrow. So I told her I would reschedule her for tomorrow. Here we are. Today is tomorrow and she still didn’t come. I messaged my cleaner and still haven’t heard back. This company does not value your time. I will find a new company.

Most of the critique I have is with the…
Most of the critique I have is with the website/communication itself. It is extremely misleading. Sure they have a tab on their website that explains the membership. As an expert in Digital Marketing as well as tactics companies use to sucker customers into becoming recurring members, I see what they are doing here. They offer a voucher for $19 dollars for 3 hours. There is an immediate button so you click on it right away from wherever you saw the promotion. 99% of people click on the button without navigating the entire website. That is fact. Once you click on the button it takes you through the process of booking your first appointment. At the end, you are told to leave your card number for a number of reasons that have nothing to do with the ongoing membership fee. Your total is 0$ and everyone is happy. Then you get your service and boom, $49 on top of what you pay for your cleaning fee. And guess what? there is no getting out of it because you checked the "I agree" box with all the included information in beat around the bush phrasing in almost ridiculously small print, you are screwed. After working with an agency that represented several large scale hospitality companies, I generally refuse to work with companies like this. This are greedy business owners who are knowingly trying to deceive customers to make a buck. I would go ahead and steer clear as there are many reputable cleaning services that offer upfront pricing and better customer service. My company as flagged them as "Misleading".
As far as the service itself, it was fine. She asked if she could leave after 2 hours instead of 3 and didn't change the sheets as agreed, but for $19 I wasn't even a little angry. I even tipped her $30 because the deal was so good. Now, was that cleaning service worth the total of $120 I actually spent? No.
I knew there was a chance this might happen, but I wanted to see if I just went through the process the way they directed you, if it would end up an honest transaction, or if they were hiding/witholding information to sucker customers into a membership. I was trying give the benefit of the doubt... Unfortunately, I was proven right.
