Horrible experience. Paid for 4 hours, she left after 2. I emailed to close my account and they charged me another $49 even AFTER they send me an email stating my commitment was cancelled. I will be filing a complaint with BBB, local chamber of commerce, Google and still dispute the charge with my bank as fraud. STAY AWAY from them!!!

My 1st cleaner did a very subpar job. I complained and did not receive a response from customer service for weeks...well outside the contract cancellation timeframe. Ironic. My next cleaner was better, a very nice lady. I experienced some "odd occurrences" of things that made me not trust them in my home any longer. I could be wrong, I admit, however I do not believe I am wrong. So, I again attempted to contact the company, for which there is NO phone number to reach anyone, so I am again subject to a text bot or email....for which they will not respond for days/weeks. All while my house is not getting cleaned. If there are any fears of dishonesty by the people you let in your house to clean...without you there, I would find someone you trust and not a company like this.

BEWARE of this company and the cancellation policy! If you discontinue services you must also cancel your recurring subscription to avoid being billed monthly. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS. Cleaners do not arrive as agreed and have the bare minimum supplies. It is difficult to request the same cleaner and EVERYTHING is done through their non user friendly app. Bottom line- I was billed for 4 months despite cancelling because I also did not cancel the recurring subscription. I could not locate a telephone number. This company should be required to be more transparent with their fees! I also feel scammed and would expect that this review will be removed to show onlu satisfactory comments.

They are froad. They wont remove your card and details from system and take money even if you are not using services.

The cleaners (Rodrick) cancelled up on me 15 minutes before the appointment. Highly unreliable and unprofessional. I called the cleaner 3 hours before the appointment to confirm they are coming or not snd they confirmed they would come and then i got cancellation message

SCAM! BEWARE! Prices are not as advertised. They charge $49 monthly membership immediately upon using the voucher and lock you in a 6-month contract. Customer service is inexistent and wanted to charge the CLEANER for the early cancellation fee instead of waiving themselves. BEWARE SCAM

DO NOT FALL FOR IT. There is no initial voucher. They charge you $49 upon completion of the first service. My first cleaner showed up one hour late WITH TWO SMALL CHILDREN (hello, liability). I had to turn her down. The second cleaner LEFT THE TRASH LEAKING BY THE FRONT DOOR after spending 30m outside. She also left dried egg on the refrigerator after I asked her TWICE to clean the refrigerator and added and lid for one extra hour for refrigerator cleaning. Their answer? “Their reviews are fine” They will not waive the $168 early termination fee nor reimburse the $49 membership I will NOT be using. They take 5 days to answer to an email. They did not address my BBB complain.

Advertised prices are fake - once you pay for the required membership fee $50.00/month - the advertised price for $20/hour changes; Supposedly you are allowed to choose a cleaner that matches your price range - but even if you submit requests, they end up matching you to a random one that charges 150% of the advertised price. The cleaning service is subpar, at best - superficial cleaning.
