⚠️ What a CHEATING company! I can assure you that most of the good reviews here was FAKED! PLEASE BE CAREFUL EVERYONE! I have used this service three times; the first time I booked for 4 hours just to clean my tiny studio because I had a dog, so I thought it was ok to book more hours. I got home in the middle of the cleaning and found out the cleaner turned on the tap and let the water run all the time, even though I still politely asked her not to do that and tipped her 10 dollars. As a result, she didn't clean the refrigerator because she said 4 hours was NOT ENOUGH! The second time was a NO SHOW, and replied me after one hour of my booking time! The third time was a NO SHOW, either! And what's interesting was, they don't tell you that they can't make it until you ask, and they are using exactly the same excuses, copy and paste!!! After reading through all the bad reviews about this company, I realized this was a FRAUD! The second and the third cleaner might not even exist, but once you are on board, you have to pay for the membership, or there's a penalty. That's why they have no customer service that you can complain to; imagine they can get a couple of hundreds of dollars from one person for doing nothing except sending you faked cleaner and text; how much can they deceive per year?

I got a mediocre cleaning and stopped using them. Just realized they’ve been charging my bank account $40 a month for well over a year. That’s over $500 for absolutely nothing. Asked for a refund and was offered a $50 credit towards a cleaning. Avoid! Do not give them your card details. Considering reporting to the BBB.

This is the worst service you can imagine. I have many items missing and dazzling cleaner will not help resolve the issue because they want me to contact the cleaner directly. I go to message the cleaner multiple times and it says they are not accepting messages. I have been missing my items for 3 days now with no help. I was assigned a 1 star cleaner who brought a friend and they left a mess in my apartment. I got the $19 deal only to realize I'm now locked into a $50/month contract plus cleaning fees. Plus it's $158 to cancel early. I don't want anyone from this company to enter my home again and now I'm stuck with 6 months of service. I didn't expect much for the price but I didn't know it would be this bad. I have over $150 in missing items that I know of. Run. Update: they canceled my membership but did not reimburse me for my stolen or trashed items. I’m still missing these items with no reimbursement.

They asked to reschedule the cleaning twice with only a couple of hours notice. This happened to me last month as well where the cleaner just never turned up. Totally not reliable and would not recommend to anyone

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with these folks. I moved into a new house which needed some cleaning (mostly kitchen, floors, windows). I tried to schedule an appointment on July 3rd, had multiple cleaners cancel after accepting the appointment. Finally had someone who was supposed to come out on the 9th. This person no-called, no-showed, until 3 hours after the appointment was supposed to begin that they were unable to come. Tried to have someone else come, had to wait another week. At this point, we did most of the cleaning ourselves. A person finally came, who did a pretty mediocre job. Stupidly joined the ForeverClean membership, so tried again, and AGAIN had someone accept, then no-call, no-show, until 4 hours afterward. Awful, awful customer service both times. I've reached out numerous times to get clearly templated email responses that do NOTHING to actually resolve the issue. Oh, and then got hit with a nearly $300 early termination fee.

Dazzling Cleaning sent us a "top rated" cleaner who made me feel scared in my home then charged me $200 and gave me $20 credit for "next time." Our last cleaner was absolutely terrible. He spent at least 45 minutes talking instead of cleaning, saying he needed to kill time because he cleaned so fast. He asked to take a shot of my rum, and as a female alone in her apartment at 5:30pm at night, I was too afraid to say no. He then proceeded to continue filling his shot glass, drinking at least 3-4 shots in total. He talked about his personal life, how his other clients give him drugs and food, his past history of cheating on his girlfriend. When my girlfriend came home, he started asking us about being queer and our sex lives, making us incredibly uncomfortable and scared. He said he wanted us to rebook him so he could cook for us, then he wanted to organize our house and bring in a videographer. He showed us photos from inside every other house he had cleaned. He said he was afraid of dogs, but that he was used to them. We kept our dogs in their crates, as we always do. He said they were fine, but if he got attacked, he would kill them. He then spoke in detail about all the ways he would kill a dog, graphically describing ripping their throats in front of any owner, no matter what they felt. He then later let our dogs out of their crates because they "seemed cool," but we quickly put them back up when he lunged at one of them for quietly barking. He stayed over an hour past his cleaning time, saying he wanted to avoid going home and asked to reheat his dinner. We had to lie and say we had plans, so he finally left at 10pm. On top of all of that, he barely cleaned anything. When I canceled our service and told them, they still charged us the $188 and said we should have asked the cleaner himself for a partial refund. I can't believe I had to pay for trauma. Unethical, horrible, immoral company that has left me afraid in my own home for the safety of my family.
