DAZZLING CLEANING - DON'T SIGN UP FOR IT.
Dazzling cleaning/ForeverClean first sent me a cleaner that didn't show up. The second cleaner clogged up my sink, and the 3rd cleaner arrived very late, talked on the phone so much that she didn't complete the cleaning and some of the areas she clean were not cleaned well. Anytime you use their website you are considered to agree with any changes to their terms & conditions (T&C's). My original terms & conditions (T & C's) say nothing about a $49 monthly fee, but since I used their software (aka website) they consider me having agreed to their new T& C's which includes a $49 monthly payment. They also charge $4.74 transaction fee that they don't advise you about. And they do not send you any notice about any changes but say you should check their T&C's periodically to see changes. But by then, it's too late because as soon as you use their website you have agreed to the changes. I recently received an email from them admitting that I could be lured into a new agreement if I use their website (aka software or platform). They consider you to agree to their terms & conditions when you use their website, and they tell you to use their website to check for changes to their terms and conditions. And you aren't given any prior notice to changes. And any emails they send me always encourage me to go to their website to make changes. It's a vicious circle. There are dozens of Yelp reviews with the same complaints.
