I had cancelled this service via their website and called but, I continue getting charged on my credit card for a service that was not completed, Beware!

SO incredibly disappointed and disgusted with this service!!!!! I purchased a 6 hour voucher which has been redeemed... the cleaning was AWFUL. I had already scheduled a second cleaning and when I went in to manage it, the price for the cleaner went up TWICE IN THE SPACE OF AN HOUR!!! The cleaner originally hired was $25/hr, then when I went in to confirm that I had my next appointment set, the price changed to $28/hr and then 1/2 hour later when I sat down to finalize things, the price had changed to $30 an hour! WHAT THE HECK!!!! Company adds their own fee of $5/hr in addition to a charge for processing your credit card - which is their only form of payment. Plus a $49 per month membership fee?!?!? Save your $$$ and ask your friends for their recommendations of a good cleaner.

The ads say they'll charge you $19 for a cleaning. I assumed that was for a house smaller than mine so was expecting to may a little more. They quoted $70 for the first cleaning for my house -- I thought it was worth a try. I was assigned a cleaner, Juan. On the day of the cleaning, 2 ladies show up. The clean and it looks generally okay (but have had better). They said in the future, they'd charge $250 for my house. I didn't want to continue with the weekly cleanings given that, so I canceled my weekly cleanings. I then saw I had a membership setup. I didn't remember opting in, but regardless, I went to cancel that. At that point, I was told I signed up for 6 months and couldn't cancel early without paying $300 (+ the $70 I had already paid). I'm not the only one. Check Facebook for the "Dazzling Cleaning Company Scam". Do NOT Use!

This company is horrible. I’ve tried multiple cleaners, found one I liked and can’t re-book her. Instead, there’s a stable of awful to mediocre cleaners you have to go through every time. It’s a horrible experience. Forget the company caring about whether or not you’re happy with the service - if you cancel before 6 months they charge you a breakage fee. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company, EVER.

If I could give DAZZLING CLEANING a no star review that’s what I would be giving. My experience with them has been horrible. On my third visit they sent me Danielle. She was very nice and did a thorough job so I requested her for my fourth cleaning. On that day(mid-September) Danielle was cleaning my bathroom and threw a rag into my toilet and caused damages that cost me $450. She was very apologetic and said that she would repay me the money, but that she would have to pay it in installments. I told her that was fine and stupid me I thought she would keep her part of the bargain. It is now November and I cannot get a hold of Danielle or any person at DAZZLING CLEANING. When I try to contact them all I get ARE automated responses. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR…DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I’ve already lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, although I don’t know if there’s anything that they can do.

Worst company ever has tons of lawsuits and 19.99 is actually 240.00

You pay a monthly fee so you can “only” pay 20$/hour for a cleaning. And if you cancel before the month is out, it’s 267$ on top of the full cost of your cleaning. My cleaner ignored instructions. Mixed trash and recycling. Smelled bad and was so slow. It was never actually 6 hours for any of my other cleaners, they sent more than one. Having someone in your home who smells from 3-9pm is a lot. We just told her to leave early. Not her fault. Awful company.

It is a scam. They charged me 80USD when they said the first clean would be 9USD. And now it's impossible to track them to cancel the service and I can't find a way to close my dazzling cleaning account. It is crazy. update: I was able to cancel and get my money back finally by sending emails. But they don’t have customer service, there is nowhere to call, and I always felt I was talking to a machine that would never solve my issue.
