Scam! Cleaners will schedule and not show up. Happened thrice. No way to contact HQ, customer service won’t respond. Chat bot is always offline. Get a local cleaner even if expensive, but run away as far as you can from dazzling clean

This company is a scam and I’m pretty sure they paid people to write five star reviews. I purchased a voucher after seeing an instagram promotion, they sneak in the fine print that the voucher comes with “6 months of forever clean membership”. They say that they only take your card information in the event that your cleaner takes more time or you want to leave a tip. This isn’t true- they will use it to pull $49 a month out of your account. The customer service representatives are combative, nasty and rude and basically just try to bully you into not cancelling. The cleaners were really difficult to book, it took 3 weeks to finally get someone out to clean after other cleaners cancelled on me last minute. This is basically like taskrabbit, but predatory, don’t use it.

I do not know who is writing these 5 star reviews but this company is a SCAM. Do not signup or give them your credit card #. I will be having NIGHTMARES for 6 months. They will suck you in. I tried to cancel and they charge me for full 6 months. I tried to dispute it with Citibank who must be in cahoots with them. Just awful that they force you to continue to use their service. Oh, there are no cleaners in my area is the main issue. Then customer service, I WISH you luck with them. But since you read this you won't sign up right.

These people are scams. They keep taking money from my account. I only requested for them one time and they have taken out my money 3 times. Praying not to fall into this situation anymore.

This company is horrible. Cleaners are not trained to clean and not meticulous in the least. They broke a lamp, scratched my hardwood floors, completely made a mess of my windows and missed appointments with no notification. Horrible experience. So bad that I don’t want them in my home. They are still charging my credit card after all of that. I will review them every time they bill my card. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Rated: 0

The cleaners we had were good. I knew I would be charged a cancellation fee if I cancelled the membership prior to 6 months. I cancelled the the plan and was charged the outrageous fee. The real issue came after the cancellation. They were deceptive about future scheduled appointments. The cleaner showed up and I thought it just took a while for it to register that it was cancelled. I knew she needed the money, so I allowed her to complete the 3 hour job. I was charged over $160 for a 3 hour visit due to my membership being cancelled. Read carefully if using this company. I would steer clear!

Do not use this company! They lock you in and you can't get out of automatic charges even when you are not happy with the service! Horrible customer service!

Horrible experience. Locked into a year long commitment. Tried to cancel after the very first cleaning, which was absolutely terrible.... Literally didn't clean anything. And now they want me to pay an early termination fee of $167 for 3 hours of non-cleaning. I told the person the bathroom was the priority... They swept the floor downstairs and didn't clean the bathroom at all.
