In October 2021, I paid for a one-time home cleaning. The cleaner who came out did a terrible job. I reached out and they gave refunded me. I booked again in November 2021 and they charged me $19 to purchase a voucher deal for this on 11/15/21 on my debit card and the service provided by this cleaner was even worse. I asked for a refund and cancelation of the account as it was just beyond unacceptable and I wasn't willing to give them another chance. I never saw another charge come through for them until 10/27/22 when a charge came through for $49 on a credit card I used in October 2021. My debit card was the one authorized to be on file, and it expired in the 11 months they did not charge me. They never reached out to update this. They apparently did store my credit card information and decided to begin using that to charge my membership I didn't even know I had. They charged it again for $49 on 11/27/22. I do not use this card, so when I went in to check the balance, I noticed the charges and reached out to the company on 12/8/22. They refused to refund me, and they said I could cancel the membership I didn't know I had, as long as I would pay them $168. I then opened a dispute with Wells Fargo and am still waiting for a resolution there. I have gone back and forth with the company since 12/8. They admitted they have no idea why they didn't charge me for 11 months. They said they did not keep the debit card information on file - which I know they did as it is still there on my account - but they DID keep the credit card number so they went ahead and used that one for the membership. Once they admitted this, I reported that card stolen, as the information is clearing being retained without my permission. I have no idea if the bank will update them and allow them to charge my new card or not, or if they will resolve this before 12/27 when the next charge is supposed to go through. This company, Dazzling Cleaning, has 484 unanswered complaints on the BBB website right now for this exact same thing.

This experience has been completely upsetting and I don’t want any part of it anymore. I shouldn’t have even need to pay for November since my cleaner cancelled an hour into my cleaning appointment towards the end of the month, which didn’t give me time to get another cleaner. She stated she would be there and then she responded an hour after she was supposed to be here saying that she got matched with us and the drive was too far. They boast they have a ton of cleaners but none of them are available even if their calendar says they’re available. I cannot believe how horrible this experience has been with this company. I can’t even schedule an appointment with the cleaner I want even if their schedule is available. I don’t get a confirmation of who’s coming and at what time until super last minute and that doesn’t work for me. They don’t respect your preferences and time. My carpet is damaged and I’m out more money from using this service. The cleaner dropped bleach onto my carpet and I have a giant bleach stain, then the company made it be difficult to even get reimbursed for the damages done. They make you jump a bunch of hoops. Also customer service completely delayed the response originally and said I was past the request time for the damage claim. They only give you a certain amount of time to claim the damages but you need three different quotes from companies that would perform the damage repair. I am too upset to continue paying six more months and not be able to get my house cleaned!! Nor my carpet fixed.

This is the biggest f&$!ing scam ever, read the fine print! They advertise a one time special at a reduced cost and conveniently don’t tell you about the six month membership!! They want to charge almost 300.00 to cancel a membership you never knew about. To schedule an appointment is next to impossible as it keeps kicking you out before you can schedule!! DON’T DO IT, RUN!! A total scam!

SCAM!!! Avoid at all costs! You sign up for a trial and end up being locked in a 6 months subscription. No way out. $19 investment turns out to be very expensive. Bad Customer service as well!

They are thieves. It’s nothing but fraud and I don’t get why they get away with so much abuse. Dazzlincleaning is so fraudulent that they sent me an email when my bank blocked them from further unauthorized transactions using a different "name". In this email, they said that they are returning the last unauthorized charge because "they want me to be happy". However, they posted the charge again some few days later when I though it resolved. My bank said that they used a different name to charge me again. I have included the copy of the email they sent me. I have the emails showing how they "didn't find" a maid to accept the job when they charged me a membership of $49 per month to provide me with the personal to clean my house for $19.00 per hour. It really never happened. The first maid they sent didn't do any work for the 4 hours I paid. She stayed in the kitchen washing over and over the same few dishes and refused to do anything else but tried to get cash from me. After I complained for what I thought was an untrained maid, they returned 0.25 hours from the 4 hours I paid and I got nothing cleaned at home. They said I had to send a direct message to the maid to ask for a refund and mostly resolve it with her. It took a lof of my time and energy to get 2 hours "credit" for the next job. They did not take any responsibility for their employees. Their next worker did an acceptable job but she also tried to get cash from me when she came to my home and she was not $19.00 per hour at all but much more expensive (about $50 per hour). Then the next scheduled appointments were really expensive, around $80.00 per hour. I complained and they said that it was the high season. I still didn't cancel the appointments because I had the feeling they wanted me to cancel to put the blame on me for not having their services. I was right, they canceled appointment after appointment and they wanted me to be the one who canceled. They used many tricks to provoke me to cancel but I didn't. They even sent a maid who stayed parked on the front of my house during one of the scheduled appointment but the woman didn't come out of the car she was trying to scare me, then, she text me to cancel the appointment (2 hours later). I was not getting any services because there was "nobody available to match" but they were charging me the monthly membership. I called my bank and warned them about unauthorized charges but dazzlingcleaning still charged me using a different name (homeglow). When my bank blocked them, dazzlingcleaning sent me an email to let me know that they will return my "early cancellation fee" of $159.00 but a few days later they posted again the charge. They are a nightmare. So immoral, lack of respect for the hard work of other people. Just care about making money robbing us. There are many many people complaining about the same issues with this thieves.

I was fully charged by a cleaner (later reimbursed) for a no show for an appointment. There was 0 communication from the cleaner and dazzling cleaning all through the time as I was trying to reach out to them. I lost 1000$ from my deposit as this was a move out cleaning for which dazzling cleaning isn't willing compensate a cent of it. Thank you Dazzling Cleaning, this is a service I will not be able to recommend by friends or family.

If I could give negative stars I would. It’s impossible to cancel this service. I was charged $49/month on top of the few cleanings I did receive. I was not aware that monthly charges would be occurring with this company when I signed up. The cleanings in between couldn’t happen because cleaners would be reassigned times and actual new cleaners would be reassigned to me that I was uncomfortable having in my home. I had a safety issue take place after my second cleaning and I couldn’t make a review of the incident without fearing that because the cleaner knew where I lived that I could be in more danger. Allotted times of cleanings have been cut short on me. The final cleaner I had come left in the middle of her cleaning because of a “family emergency”. Jeremiah called me on the number 701-237-1669 telling me he was taking special care of my case, promising me 2, 2 hour cleanings and 1, 1 hour cleaning along with a free month. We went to schedule a top cleaner and then he hung up and never called back and I was charged for a time I had canceled and when I called him the number he gave me didn’t work and once I called the corporate number they never got back to me. Jeremiah finally contacted me back via txt telling me he could not provide me with the offer previously given and the top cleaner that did show up was the one who left in the middle of her cleaning. I have left 6 messages in 3 days with no one from corporate calling me back. The number of corporate 833-839-1190 seems to have no employees attached to it. They say they get back to you in 1-2 business days and they have not upheld that standard. Their chat system also doesn’t work. This company is a scam, it is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. If any other negative experienced customers with to file a lawsuit please let me know because we all need to change the outcome of this company screwing people over.

Complete scam. They advertise their services as only costing $19 for cleaning an entire apartment, and are very unclear about the fact that they sign you up for a $49/mo membership which doesn't cover the cost of the cleanings. If you try to cancel your membership before 6 months, you're charged a massive fee. Do not give them your information, do not use the service
