Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

I never signed up for a subscription to get my house cleaned on a regular basis. They keep taking $49.00 a month. What a scam! I canceled my plan but they still are taking my money! I am contacting a lawyer. I posted on Better Business Bureau that they are a scam. I want a full refund. The cleaner they sent was a scammer too. Told me she didn't see much of the money that is paid to Dazzling Cleaning. So I tipped her because I felt sorry for her. She didn't even wipe off my counters in my kitchen. Left in hurry. Didn't even stay for the full 6 hours I paid for.

Stay away! Really weird and shady service! The 6 months of cleanings that you sign up for seems like a good deal, but the person they sent out did a pretty bad job (not his fault, he tried and asked for my feedback, just wasn't really his forte) and then a refund based on the hours he was at my home (he was here 3 1/2 of the 6 hours they had scheduled) was processed on my behalf though I did not ask for it. The cleaner reached out to me directly after that saying how dare I request a refund I should have talked to him first... all this 2 days before Christmas. I ended up giving him an additional tip to cover the refund (I already gave him $100 cash at my home) and then the service took back the refund so he ended up getting essentially another $100. Not his fault in any way, but enough weirdness and unsafe feelings that I just decided the service wasn't for me. They charged me a $300 early cancellation fee and when I let them know what had happened, why I was canceling, and why I'd like that fee cancelled, they pulled the "terms and conditions" "it's non-refundable" BS and gave me a bunch of credits toward future cleanings. All in all, not a safe service, not well thought out, and absolutely do not sign up for a 6 month commitment because they will not let you out and you will not stay with them.

I had recommend this service until this week when I had an issue regarding a charge and attempted to resolve it with them. Their chat bot has been offline for quite some time, and they do not provide on their website any other means of reaching them. I was relegated to using a 3rd party consumer site to find the customer support number, though when I called, it went straight to voice mail. The recorded message promised to call me back within 2-3 business days. They have not called back. So I then had to find their email address and the representative who I corresponded with was unhelpful, and very dismissive of my issues. I can no longer say this is a reputable company. After looking into their company, I see that they have a 1.3 stars with the Better Business Bureau, 1 with Yelp, and several other consumer sites have very negative reviews about this company. I will be finding a new cleaning service, and warning everyone on all social media platforms about the poor practices of this company and sub-par customer service it provides.

The cleaning is decent, but the service is terrible!!! DO NOT PUT YOUR PAYMENT INFO!! They KEEP withdrawing 49$ randomly throughout the month and I have only used their cleaning once!! I canceled my subscription and they still do random pills. Their customer service is non existant!!! PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Seems like a scam. Always changing cleaners. Getting charged for no shows. Some cleaners are awful.

Cleaners rarely show up and did an awful job when they actually did. Rip off of a service. Don't waste your money.

Awful cleanings on top of terrible customer service. They already wasted too much of my time to write a full review but after two cleanings, know that this is just a subscription money grab.

Horrible company to deal with. 1st cleaner canceled after confirming and stated he had no supplies to do the job. I offered my supplies and he still canceled. I requested a new cleaner which came at a later time obviously,so I left her in my empty apartment. She arrived later and I left and returned home to the job not done. She texted saying she was done and forgot to take pictures. Then I requested a refund and cancellation of further charges and no response. You have to submit a ticket for everything. No live person or chat. Just a ripoff
