They convince you to sign up for a membership that's saving you money. No 2hr clean costs a membership and $100. They're a racket! They charged me $92 for a 4hr cleaning but only paid the girl $60. And she has to buy her own cleaning supplies. So that's my $49 dollar membership every month plus the extra you don't pay the cleaners, and their hard earned money for products. Shame on you!! I canceled after 3 months and they still charged me the listed rate of my first clean... I thought it'd at least be prorated based off the 3 months of membership. And had to go through so many hoops on the app to cancel! No matter what, they make sure they get their money for doing nothing but being a cleaning person head hunter behind an app!

This place is close to a scam. They advertise what their cleaners are required to clean, but when they dont, the will not make it right. About half of the cleaners are good. The other half will show up (maybe) for a fraction of the time, barely do anything, and then charge you the full price. The company will give you a $10 credit as an apology, but no refunds and no repercussions for the cleaners who are scamming customers. It's really unbelievable.

Complete scam, charges you a $200 fee which they cant decide is either an "early termination fee" for a membership that you never consented to or a "full price cleaning" despite having paid already for said cleaning. Avoid at all costs.

Do NOT hire this company. They sneak you in with a bait to sign up for their service with a hidden subscription and a commitment of 6 months. The cleaner was late and actually left early. Terrible experience overall.

This company is a scam. There is no customer service, the cleaners that I have experienced are totally unprofessional. If you look at the BBB their company has an F rating. On other rating websites dazzling cleaning of Atlanta Georgia has 1 star

They are a scam of a company, they have hidden charges that are pathetic and they charge you in addition to the cleanings monthly for no reason at all.

THIS IS A SCAM! Do not accept to use their service cause they have a way of making you a victim. First, they sent a terrible cleaner , who brought a disgusting mop. Was on the phone with her boyfriend on video call and took photos of my apartment while telling her boyfriend she wanted them to look for where I bought my stuff so they could also do so. Then THEY STILL SCAMED ME OF OVER 200 DOLLARS.

Same issue as many others. I’ve scheduled three cleans. Each cleaner rescheduled day of. Two of them never showed and you still have to pay the service for being a “member.” The one cleaner we had was sub-par. She didn’t take out any of the garbages in any of the bathrooms. Cleaned none of the mirrors. Threw the dishes in the dishwasher without getting the stuff out first or even bothering to run it. She excused herself for a half hour smoke break even though our lease does not allow smoking on the property. She showed up late and left 15 mins early, so she was paid herself for an extra hour of work when she wasn’t working.
