If I could give this company less stars I would! There have been soooo many issues. I understood the monthly membership, however I was under the impression the cleaners were vetted and had at least some sort of standards they had to follow if not some training. 90% of them were terrible. I had one guy admit he was a yoga instructor and just trying to make some extra cash, I told him my biggest area of concern was the wood floors need to be cleaned. I booked aa 3 hour cleaning and after 1 hour he told me he was done and when I asked if he’d don’t the floors he said “oh you wanted me to mop them!?” The one cleaner who did a great job canceled after a couple of cleanings bc the company wasn’t paying her! For 6 months I struggled with cleaners who no showed or cam late or canceled last minute time after time. This was anything but convenient. When I reached out to customer service I got no where. After multiple attempts I had a rep decrease my monthly membership fee to $29/month. I thought this was kind and figured I try again, only to learn I would be charged nearly double for the cleanings! I tried to cancel multiple times after multiple complaints but held out for the 6 months. I have never worked with such a disgrace of a company!

Check out their reviews on yelp or google. Very different story that what's shown here. Hmm... Notice how the 'good reviews all come in the same day or two, three at a time? Hmm... There's a pattern here, folks... Here's the truth in my opinion: This is a terrible company. Run away. Fast. They lure you in with a first time cleaning, then bill you for a home cleaning subscription. My intro rate of $19 ended up actually costing $255. Does anyone need a subscription to clean their house? No. They need a cleaner. It's an ill attempt to extract cash from customers whether they do a cleaning or not. Shameful. Read the other horror stories.

Total scam. I was charged for a cleaning voucher. Upon purchasing the voucher, I was also charged for a ForeverClean “plan” I didn’t know I had to sign up for. The cleaner came and did an absolutely terrible job. She was here for over 4 hours and the house looked EXACTLY the same when she left. I had numerous pictures. I paid extra for her to clean the windows and not a single window in my house had been clean. The floor wasn’t even vacuumed or mopped. My house isn’t even very dirty, yet nothing was clean. I have so many pictures of big clumps of dust on the floor, huge smudges on the fridge, smudges all over the windows since she never cleaned them, etc. I seriously couldn’t find a single room or area she cleaned. She even left bags of trash out of the garage can but on the floor so my dog could reach them. I was going to try another cleaner, but she cancelled twice and never showed up. Finally, I cancelled their “foreverclean” plan due to being unhappy, and they charged me $250… saying that it was an “early termination” fee because I was canceling the “foreverclean plan” before 6 months, which I NEVER knew about or agreed to. This company is a SCAM. I explained all of this to their customer service. I didn’t even ask for a refund for the original voucher or the foreverclean membership… just the $250 they fraudulently charged me for the “full price of the first clean.” And they REFUSED. DO NOT TRY THIS COMPANY !!!

You are charged $49 a month for cleaning and then they charge for the cleaning. You can’t cancel until after 6 months which means you have to pay $300.00 plus the cleaning there is no saving. Do not signup with them!

DO NOT SIGN UP! Not sure how they made people rate them this high previously but I think as people keep using their services, you understand the situation you end up in. They charge you $50/month membership fee for 6months until you are allowed to cancel it (whether you get your place cleaned or not.) Then you pay 15% “processing fee” in addition every time you have a cleaner come in. So if you have a mid size home this will cost you at least $160/month for six months until they allow you to cancel your plan. Their seriously high admin fees are harming cleaners as well as subscribers Your cleaner gets maybe half of the total amount you pay for the work she puts in. These people collect around $50-60 every month (if not more) for having this website… which is just a scheduling service. Do yourself a favor and hire your own cleaner

This is a horrible Scam!! Cleaner was a disaster and they lock you in a membership illegally!

Here is the real problem with this platform: They sell you a voucher to "try" their services. When you redeem the voucher they sign you up for recurring payments without telling you 1. What you will be charged a month 2. Membership Cancellation policy 3. They are just a gig economy platform So basically you will pay $50 bucks a month to then pay $25/hour for cleaning. The price is not bad but you are letting into your home someone who has been minimally vetted... is like asking your food delivery guy to come in and fold your underwear... and then having a different person do it every week... They will take zero responsibility if anything goes missing or if anything happens... There is not even a phone number to call! The worst part is the way they subscribe you to their membership, it is 100% against the card association's policy. It is not transparent at all! and they have buried in their TOS a cancellation fee so if you try the voucher and you don't want the recurrent service they will charge you for the past visit full price. All this should be in bullet points before you book the first visit. Now there is no way to use the voucher without subscribing so if they refuse to refund it, you will have to call your bank to start a dispute.
