Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Their cleaners are unreliable. I have had multiple people cancel on me just minutes before the appointment time. Many of their cleaners also told me they didn't have supplies (although they are supposed to provide those). I had never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people.

There should be a negative or 0 star rating because I am truly disheartened by Dazzling Cleaning. After having multiple disappointing cleanings, inappropriate behavior by their cleaners while in my home and a number of same-day/last minute cancellations, I contacted their Customer Service. I gave the exact reasons why I no longer wanted to use their service and asked that my contract be cancelled last July. They agreed. To my dismay, I learned they have continued to charge me for a monthly service I’ve not used for 9 months! I just recontacted Customer Service and they told me the cannot refund the monthly charges! Dazzling Cleaning are total SCAM ARTISTS. I’m contacting my credit card company today but wanted to alert other consumers to BEWARE!!! Do not use!!!

If you sign up to test this service you are locking in a long term contract. I have no cleaning plan so I was confused to see a monthly payment. When I found where to cancel you are threatened with an almost $200 cancellation fee. Not worth it.

I saw the $19/hour ad on instagram, made an account, and scheduled a cleaning. The cleaner did a decent job but broke our Dyson vacuum and didn’t tell us. I tried to schedule her again anyway, and she confirmed our appointment. I started getting charged $49 a month, and then the cleaner didn’t show up for the second cleaning and still charged me. I asked Customer Service to cancel the membership because I wasn’t going to take advantage. They refunded the amount the cleaner charged for the appointment she skipped out on but said they’d have to charge full price for the first and only cleaning 4 months ago. They also said they couldn’t refund the $49 monthly membership fee that was charged for 4 months because they’re valid charges. Per my state’s regulations, they can’t be charging for services never rendered. I’ve submitted complaints to the Attorney General’s Office, the Better Business Bureau, and the FTC, and I’ve submitted my name for a class action lawsuit. Do not fall for this scam. They’ll come up with numbers out of nowhere as prices and terms out nowhere even though these are illegal business practices.

1st cleaner showed up drunk and put a beer in my freezer, then proceeded to have cigarette on my balcony, then he cut his hand on my kitchen knives and only cleaned my windows and walls while leaving my place with a dirty tub and toilet. 3 cleaners after never showed up; some acting surprised when I reached out for their ETA. Their cleaners are completely unreliable and i feel like I'm being scammed by having to pay this additional $139 to cancel my membership when in reality I would use it but all the cleaners flake.

Dazzling Cleaning AND their "cleaners" suck! Cleaner was a no show and I tried to contact her and Dazzling Cleaning the entire duration of my appointment. The number was disconnected so I couldn't get through, I also left text messages with no response. Dazzling Cleaning's chat option NEVER WORKS. They don't have a number to call, they refused my refund request, and charged me for a 3 hour cleaning THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Shady business practices on both sides. I've had Dazzling Cleaners break my things then Dazzling Cleaning makes you ask the cleaner to refund you. That's like DoorDash making you ask your Dasher to give you money for the food they stole or didn't deliver. CRAZY!

This is thee worst company ever ! We have tried to schedule 4 different cleaners in the last 2 weeks. None of them have shown up. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone at dazzling cleaning and the cleaners have no control over their schedule, are overbooked and I’m sure are treated horribly by this company they work for as multiple cleaners that work for them have told me this . I truly do hope they get shut down. There is absolutely no reason they should be in business . Do not - I repeat - do not think about using this company . Zero stars .
