Worst experience ever! Do not fall for the false advertisement. The first clean went well & I liked the cleaner. However, since then, I have had cleaners cancel, then I get assigned a new cleaner, and they didn't show up. I have tried contacting the company by submitting tickets that went unanswered and calling a number that no one answered, and I can't cancel unless I pay $200.00, which I don't want to do. I signed up with this service for a good deal, and it's turned into a nightmare. I'm left with the bill and no cleaning! Unbelievable how these companies can get away with this kind of behavior.

I did not sign up for forever cleaning. They default add this plan on to a 19 dollar voucher purchase to lock you into their service. I should have read the reviews before I clicked on their link.

Cleaners often cancel. Though I would feel for them, there are a suspicious number of deaths and car problems that cause cancelations. When people have come, it's good, but not worth the cancellations. Also an impossible-to-reach customer service. You have to leave a message either online or on the phone and they say they will call you back... but never do. After all this, I wanted to cancel. I have been part of their service for 8 months. They charged me an extra $150 for canceling before 6 months. I should not have been charged, but I still was. Stay away! Get any other service. This is not reliable and doesn't care about their customers.

If I could give it no stars I would. I operate a str. vacation rental in Scottsdale, Az sign up with them to fill in when my regular cleaner was unavailable. The offer more discount if you have more cleaning per month. None of the cleaners would take my 2.5 /3 hr cleaning for a 1/1bath apt 700sqft. And the one person, never show, never responded , one that show was late had a mop and one bottle of cleaner both she got. From dollar store and left 30 minutes Early. She was. Young so I request another cleaner So i had several cleaning in a month no cleaner could be found . you paid the auto monthly membership and get nothing for it. Plus they have your card on file keep charging you and you can’t cancel unless pay a large cancellation fee. It’s a scam. Run as far as can for these internet subscription scrammers. Better to use Yelp or yellow pages

And because I thought it, Facebook displayed it on my Feed. And DazzlingCleaning came up. I checked it out because the Come On rates were so nice. But then I realized they were for a monthly subscription. So I was like nope. But you know when you try to get out it starts throwing you other better come on rates?!?! Well I saw one for $49 for 4 hours of cleaning, Trial Offer. No mention of subscriptions and monthly's. Just $49 four hours to test the service. Well guess what!!?! It requires now 6 months at $49 a month, plus you have to pay a range of like $20 - 38 / hour (what I saw) to book. Calculate that a 3 bedroom place and really just spot cleaning. Do not expect grinding it out. this is casual pace cleaning. which is what I would expect at these price ranges. and really grit and grime will not come out without the owner doing it or slave labor. But the real issue is the business. This business has no way to call to complain. The booking service just switches times if no one books at the windows you set and schedule. Then randomly sends people without any approval first process. Then if you cancel and don't like the time the system switches to and books a stranger to enter your home. The stranger sends you an angry text. Terrible service, inconsistent, and some cleaners wouldn’t even show. We went to cancel this horrendous company just to find out that they will charge more membership fees AND charge us for the “discounts we’ve received from past cleanings”. It’s a joke and a scam run fast.

Terrible company. I would rate 0 star if i could. Once they have your card on file they keep charging you $49 for no work done. They never have a phone number you could call and when you attempt to cancel it is virtually impossible.

This site makes you become a member and lures you in with their $19 cleaning. For that price they don’t do windows, kitchen appliances, floor baseboards among other “extras”. Further there is a hidden $149 fee and $49 fee if you only get a one time fee, making a 3 hr cleaning really over $200. The sheer volume of “clickwrap” that has to be signed to sign up and the hidden terms that no person has time to read makes me not recommend this service.”
