This place is a rip off. The cleaner arrived late, took her time cleaning to get more hours, and damaged my stove handle. I am disputing the charges and I’ve already canceled my membership.

they charged me for service i never received. now they have a recurring charge of 49.00 per month i never signed up for nor had service with them. i would rate them zero. You cannot get in touch with this company if there is a problem.

Do not use the service. It's a scam. You have to pay monthly subscription fee plus a fee to the cleaners. Not worth the money. The cleaners are sub par and don't even stay for the full time. When I tried to cancel they ended up charging me a fee of $197. This company is terrible. STAY AWAY!

I live in a 350 square foot apartment and in the “3 hour” service only the kitchen and half of a room were “cleaned” I’ve continued to try to cancel this since March and the company keeps trying to charge me Update 6/17/2022 They are still trying to charge as of last week and as of today they are trying to get my review taken down by trustpilot. Abhorrent experience with very murky terms that are intentionally unclear. To start, the $19 voucher offer is a scam. I gave them two tries, and both of the cleaners they sent did very poor jobs. So poor that I had to go behind them and clean properly. Not sure why I'm paying someone else to do work that I have to fix. When I tried to cancel the service, they said they'd charge me nearly $192 as that was the "non-discounted" price for my first $19 cleaning. But when I look at the site, the non-discounted price for a 3-hour cleaning is $75. Not exactly sure where they're getting these numbers from. Also, I sent them a customer service request weeks ago and have yet to hear back from anyone. They don't have a phone number either. So good luck getting any help. I highly regret getting myself into this.

This all started September of 2022 when I purchased a voucher for.cleaning. The first cleaner I waited an hour and she never showed. She texted and said her kid was sick. Never used until March of this year when I got a txt from their company saying they want me back as a customer and to use my voucher and the next two cleanings would be $20 off. The girl came with a filthy vacuum that had her dogs hair all in it and a dust pan that was filthy. Mine that are outside are cleaner. I think she talked me and told me her whole.life story more than she cleaned. Plus she didn't know she had to provide her own supplies. I never used again and had to clean when she left. I have been getting charged $49 a month now for a couple months. I keep arguing with them over this and they say I'm locked in a contract, etc. I don't remember a contract or I would have never done this!!

Was happy with the low prices at first until they ILLEGALLY started accessing and taking money out of my Other financial institution without me ever providing the info or authorization 🚩 🚩🚩. I questioned them about it via email since there is no real chat or phone number and they couldn’t answer how or why they have access to my other bank and credit card accounts without my knowledge or authorization. I tried canceling my membership only to find out I couldn’t cancel without unreasonable fees.

This is a total scam. I've had enough scams!! Enough is enough! 1st. It took almost 2 months to finally have someone who picked my time. I tried to be accommodating changing things on my schedule. The cleaning was OK. I didn't realize that she hadn't mopped the kitchen floor. I had pipes burst and things were out of place but.. I usually have the LR door open to FR. When I closed that door days after my cleaning and it was covered in plaster dust! She never touched it. But She was due the next day.. I'll talk to her when she gets here. I also needed to check on the 1st cleaning. She got here at 4pm, to work 3 hours. She left at 6pm. I was a bit crazy that day. Deliveries re: water damage. I asked if she could let the main office know I still haven't been able to download Terms.. etc. I haven't heard from them for 2 months. She'd send them a reminder. I received a text from my cleaner, Felica, her daughter was sick.. need to cancel. Kids sick.. your place is with them.. no problem. We rescheduled. The day she was due, a month after the first cleaning, an hour before she was due, text.. she's sick. Cancels. I emailed the office. Why am I being charged a monthly amount.. contract, the terms, etc that I can't get to?? I phoned my attorney last Fri, there was another charge to my credit card! He KNOWS ABOUT THIS SCAM. HIS MOM!! I'm letting my bank and my attorney nail them. I went to my aunts email account and downloaded this crap document! How can I be charged .. I haven't received a complete cleaning!
