All of these five star reviews for this company HAVE to be fake! The few believable reviews that people have actually left, are NOT good. This company def seems like an absolute sham!

I had set up 3 hours of cleaning with Lemeckah. I knew it was going to be a hard job so on top of what I paid through the app I left her $50. She was set to come at 10 AM so I went to a friends to let her be alone. She texted me at 12:30 stating she wasn’t going to be there until 1. At this point I was at my friend’s for 3 hours so now I had to stay there another 3 hours. I texted her at 3:30 (2.5 hours in) and she was already gone. So she left without letting me know. I came in side and she did not do everything she was supposed to. She didn’t organize the shelves and she didn’t clean the coffee table. So she left early and didn’t complete the work. I let her know that I believed the $50 I left for her was enough for the job she did and would like a refund for what I paid through the app she declined. Lemeckah is not a W2 employee of Dazzle so they had no control over her providing a refund. Do not choose Lemeckah as your cleaner for Dazzle or you will be disappointed.

I bought $19 for 3 hours voucher thinking I will have a spot cleaning one time. Before I know it, I can't get away with the contract for 6 months unless you pay $168 cancellation fee. Also, they keep changing to every 2 weeks when I chose One-Time. I have to check that every day to make sure it's not every 2 weeks. Thought the first cleaning lady was wonderful, except missed some spots, I feel that I was sucked into spending about $80+ every month now for something I didn't mean to.
