DO NOT SIGN UP!! I absolutely regret taking a chance with this “company”. First cleaner showed up late, only cleaned 3.5 hours even though I paid for 4. Cleaning was MEDIOCRE. Way worse than any other cleaning I’ve ever paid for. The next cleaner no shows. Claims he’s injured (sure Jan) but when I ask him to please cancel my appt so I can find a new cleaner he lies again and says he did but obviously doesn’t as I’m sure there is a negative on him if so. Contacted “support” via email because there’s no way to talk to a human being and WHAT A JOKE AND SCAM. Instead of doing the right thing and charging me 3.5 hours they’re going to charge me 4 unless I can prove my cleaner didn’t work the full shift. So now I have to waste even MORE time on this getting my credit card company to reverse a charge and file a complaint with the BBB. Stay away!!

Worse service ever. After 3 tries - I had 3 no-shows even after they confirm. What a horrible service - I've been waiting 10 weeks to have someone show up. It's great they show you what they'll do - what they don't tell you is that their folks are notorious for not communicating and not showing up. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. OVER 75 HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE. Scam services with reputable NO SHOW TIME AFTER TIME. You suck Homeaglow and your parent company Dazzling Cleaning is just another name as they provide no show housecleaners too!

Nice lady came, but she was very late -- which was okay that day, but combined with how slowly she worked and how much she failed to clean, I don't want to take a chance and have her back. In addition, her husband was outside waiting, and he came & went INSIDE and out. I finally let him know I wasn't comfortable with his being in the house, so he kindly left to wait outside. ALSO, this thing is a bit of a racket -- I unknowingly entered a 6 month, non cancellable contract, so I've paid my "stupid tax."

Their cleaners DO NOT perform 5 star cleaning as advertised. The first person I had had never cleaned before and brought dollar store supplies and tools, plus used my own. The floors were streaked when she finished mopping. The second woman didn't empty the trash, did a substandard job cleaning my stovetop, didn't clean where the knobs are, the countertop was all streaked and hazy from the product she used, and there were corners on the floor she didn't sweep...TERRIBLE AND WAY TOO EXPENSIVE...THREW MY MONEY AWAY.

Fraudulent service. I signed up for a free service and then put me on a recurring payment plan without telling me. Currently disputing all their charges.

Worst company ever and I don’t write reviews . They scam you into a 6 month contract and the workers lie about how long they work. They charge you 250$ for canceling early before the 6 month mark. Save your time it’s a rip off smh!!

DONT BUY THE $19 VOUCHER AS ITS JUST A WAY TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD AND THEY WILL CHARGE WHATEVER THEY WANT. THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE LINE THAT THEY ANSWER NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO EMAILS! YOU WILL HAVE TO DISPUTE THEIR CHARGES WITH YOUR CC COMPANY!

This service is horrible. They stole from us we have tgem on camera doing it and the police are involved. No one at this company will even give me the courtesy of a phone call. DONT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME
