He then gave me another time, which he was late for that. There was a 4 hours different from my original appointment time. He came with just a bucket, no supplies, which I requested that the cleaner comes with their own supplies. There were so many things wrong with this service. First, cleaning a bathroom with no water. Tub was still dirty. No dusting was performed. No mopping downstairs. Then a dirty rug was left on my white couch. This isn't the service I thought I would be receiving. I would like a full refund and to cancel my subscription immediately. The cleaner name was Obey. I need my groceries replaced from freezer and I have an itemized list bc I shop with instacart, so I know all of my groceries! I hate to assume common sense, but to think he would throw away new items away from the freezer to not second guess to ask Esp when I specifically said only the refrigerator makes me feel like these items were stolen. I think this because I was bedridden the entire time! I am sickened by this experience! Without find and without funds to replace because I live on a disability income! My sister needs to be FULLY REFUNDED I need a high rated service provider to come back and provide service I need to be reimbursed (compensated) for my thrown away groceries from the freezer! This needs to be resolved immediately! They wrote back: Hi Denee, We regret to hear you want to cancel ForeverClean because you had a poor cleaning experience. Ill be glad to assist you. ForeverClean is a membership that gives you unlimited cleanings starting at just $34 for 2 hrs (a $60 savings). Totally ignored my request and still attempting to push service! My sister wrote them and they did the same to her!

This company is a fraud. Look at BBB. They have a bad rating. They will charge you $50/month even if you don't use the service. Then when you try to cancel, they will charge a $400 to stop it. There is no human to contact. 100% fraud and scam. All the complaints are the same. Be aware because they won't answer BBB because they continue to find victims.

I so regret signing up for this. I read all the fine print but didn't see that cleaners' hourly rates can vary enormously therefore 3 hours will cost way more than the advertised $60. Also didn't see all the platform fees and booking fees. Plus my first cleaner had really bad time management. I filled out a "service ticket" which is the only customer service connection you can make, we'll see what happens but I'll probably end up paying $100+ to cancel my membership and extricate myself from this nightmare...

Scam - cleaner came once and left early and had no supplies. Then the next two cleaners never showed up. They lock you in to 6 months and charge you full price if you want to cancel

They charge very high prices for a one-time cleaning and give impression of hefty discount by hiding lot of details in terms and conditions. But in reality, they should only be considered if you need recurring cleaning every month. One time cost in mercer island was $195.3 + $49 membership fee which was not refunded. Terms and conditions border on fraud since they charge $19 for first cleaning apart from $49 membership, but charge $195.3 instead, if you cancel the membership within 6 months. Such a terms & conditions show their intent to make money by banking on customers not carefully reading them.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE. NEVER EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. Misleading advertising, lazy late cleaners that waste your time and do a terrible job. WISH I NEVER SIGNED UP. HEED THIS WARNING. Tricked us into a contract that charges $169 if you try to cancel. Never use them.

Beware. This business does not have anyone to talk to in case of issues. I had a very disturbing experience recently. I was worried about my safety when one of their cleaners showed up. This business did not talk to me after multiple emails. Instead they issued me a voucher of 1 hour.

The company is a scam. They hide a membership in their T&Cs which is not viewable when paying the $19 that they advertise. Avoid this company like the plague.
