If I could leave 0 stars, I would. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. There are hidden charges in the fees that they do not disclose when you sign up. Then they will charge you even after you cancel. I cancelled after their cleaner failed to show up on 2 consecutive cleanings, costing me time and money. Their paraphrased response was "tough, just keep paying us for six months or we'll charge you far more than it would have cost otherwise.". I can't stress enough how many better options there are out there than this "service". Learn from my mistake and RUN, DON'T WALK away from them.

Every few months I get this email.. and it says .. if I don't respond that my review will come down. Don't they realize that every time I get one of these it just another negative experience with their company? I wonder how many reviews they actually get taken down. Hi Vicki D. Cleaners are good, but the cost is much more than they lead you to believe. Read all the fine print, and beware the discounts that seem too good to be true.

They charge you without your consent and lies from the beginning. Be careful and call your credit card company before it will get worse.

Scam to lock you into membership. Don’t use. Scheduled 6 hour clean. 2 people showed up after cancelling one day and showing up 2 1/2 hours late and “cleaned” 2 rooms and left. And by cleaned, no cleaning products, and only spot dusting. Worse than my teenage sons clean. You would have not known professional cleaners were in my house. Don’t hire.

I signed up for a 3hr clean for $19 not a membership! The cleaning was not up to the mark, and I have requested to cancellation.. They are charging cancellation fees of 150 dollars, plus they charged for 50 dollars next month... They are looting the people. All together I paid 220 dollars for one person for 2 hours . Avoid them

I signed up for a discounted one time cleaning via Facebook. The cleaning was substandard and I decided to cancel up coming appointments. They are now charging me a fee for canceling a forever clean membership that was swindled into my purchase. Buyer beware. Do your research, I do not recommend

It's a scam. Please do not sign up
