Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

This company is a complete scam. They absolutely do NOT vet their cleaners and their deceptive business practices are the stuff of legends. My personal experience was having a person show up to my house 2 hours late who TOLD me she had never done a residential cleaning. The job she did was not even basic surface cleaning. Then I found out I was roped into “membership” at $49 a month and would be charged $340 to discontinue. After many, many emails and threats I was finally let out of this bogus deal but they refused to return what I had already been charged for nothing. Since then I have discovered hundreds of horror stories regarding Dazzling on a FB page called Dazzling Cleaning Scam. Check it out. Save your money and your sanity and avoid this company like the plague that they are. There is currently a class action suit against them being prepared in CA. BUYER BEWARE!

It cost me $200 to cancel their “service” after the so-called $19 cleaning. Nothing got cleaned. They made out like bandits. STAY AWAY! Absolutely the worst internet rip-off I’ve ever fallen victim to!

Misleading pricing and poor service They claimed that the cleaner would be receiving 55/hr only after cleaning did I discover that dazzling takes 30 and leaves the cleaner only 25. This is on top of a 8.25 processing fee. I wanted to give a living wage to our cleaners and this vampire of a company is stealing from its workers and lying to our face about it. Customer support was just a bunch of canned responses

Horrible scam of a company! 0 STARS. I have had bad experience after bad experience of people stealing, claiming they cleaned on a day they never showed up, and cleaning less than the paid for hours, and even maids leaving my apartment dirtier than it was. DO NOT USE.

This company is a PURE SCAM. The legal name is ForeverClean but they operate a site called Dazzling Clean. Do not hire 1. I scheduled a cleaner and they keep on cancelling the day off 2. You can schedule a time but they will accept at a another time , it is ridiculous 3. If you cancel after teh first cleaning they will charge you hundreds of dollars for the first clean- BEWARE. I had to block them on my creditcard to prevent further fraudulent charges 4. The cleaners are not even good. They hire anyone off the street, do you want someone just walking into your home. PURE SCAM do not hire them, they are the worst. They should be put out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are trying to have this removed I will post proof on the Facebook group for dazzling clean scams

Do not use this company. Besides the fact that when you sign up, you’re automatically locked into 6 months or something crazy (which I never saw in my application)… the guy that showed up? Let’s just say I’m not comfortable with him now knowing where I live. While the guy was “nice” the first thing he said to me was that he saw my name and accepted my appointment because he knew I’d be pretty and he only does jobs for “pretty women and gay men”. I was immediately uncomfortable. I had left my place so he could clean and got a message that he was done. When I came back, my entire apartment was flipped upside down. He had made a pile of “throw away items” that he felt I didn’t need… things important to me and expensive. He then asked me to help him put all my other stuff back. The remainder of the hour he was here and in my presence, he didn’t really clean. He just kept telling me he could make me a really nice dinner sometime. Told me the story of his life; that he was in jail for some time but he turned his life around, that his children’s mother was wrongly in jail currently… it was all a bit weird. After he left, I looked around my place and while some parts (my kitchen mostly) were sparkling clean… other parts were very much NOT clean at all. He also had the audacity to tell me how to decorate my place. It was like his cleaning service was coupled with manic interior design advice… I really do not recommend this company as I do not think any of these people are true cleaners nor screened before being allowed to work for the company — obviously, if he was in jail.

Beware it’s horrible rating on BBB and they sign you up subscription do not honor the rate the cleaner quoted you. There no phone number to call either it’s done all on email the cleaner Durant call back to verify and confirm the price before beginning to clean. Dint fall oir this scam. Now I’ll dispute it with credit card. It’s whole new drama just for a cleaning.their BBB RATION AND ONLINE YELP HAS HORRIBLE RATING AS WELL.

I scheduled an appointment with Sarah for 7/11/23 at 10:00am the appointment was confirmed, she was a no call or show. I texted her and no response. I checked my CC and saw that I was charged and no cleaning was done - payment should be rendered once the work is completed. They have huge amount of complaint on the BBB website. This sound like a scam.
