The first cleaner was great. I haven’t been able to rebook her. I feel she doesn’t want to come back due to the size of my house. I had 2 different cleaners cancel at the last minute and one no call no show. When I contacted Dazzling Cleaning to cancel their services they reminded me of the 6 month contract and the cost to cancel at this time would be $300. Today I had my second cleaning. A guy came and did not clean good at all. This guy also rescheduled at the last minute because he overslept. He did not even sweep my steps. The bathrooms are still dirty, mirrors are dirty. Save your time, money and energy and hire a real cleaning company or cleaners that you know will do a good job.

We tried booking services twice but they didn’t turn up/ couldn’t serve us each time! They mention that the confirmation would be provided within 24-48hrs of the specified date! After making you wait till the end they just message that they may not be able to provide the services on specified date! They had taken advance but still didn’t show up! Very disappointed! Would not recommend if you are looking to move out with limited time for cleaning!

Worst service. One cleaner took wine from our fridge. And two cleaners didn’t even turn up. Completely unreliable. Not sure who is vetting the stuff but we won’t use this service again

DONT USE THEM PLEASE SAVE THE HEADACHE. if you have and they screwed you like me file a complaint with the BBB immediately. We have to stop this scam company. Good luck getting a hold of them. Google search file a complaint with BBB it won’t let me post the link.

If I save just one person from the headache that is this company, the review will have been worth it. I was initially excited about Dazzling Cleaning, thinking, they’re vetted and by signing up, payments will be automatic and I’ll have consistently with cleaning. Wrong. Well, one part is correct— payments are automatic. Which means they will charge you a fee whether they find you a cleaner that month, or not. And in my experience, mostly not. My first cleaning, in April 2023 was great. Toni was quick and efficient. Things went downhill quickly after that. I was charged $49 for May, but they kept having me reschedule because they couldn’t find me a cleaner, and May passed with no cleaning. But— I still had to pay! When I reached out to complain, I was told by Emma that, like Netflix or Spotify, this is a subscription. I reached out again, saying— but Netflix and Spotify actually give me what I’m paying for. Their response was that I could have a $25 credit applied to my next month’s cleaning. In June, they did send a cleaner, after a couple of reschedules. She stayed 1.5 hours extra, which we didn’t discuss, so when I reached out to Dazzling to address that, I was told that I could discuss it directly with the cleaner, and that ultimately she would be the one to refund me the 1.5. This didn’t feel like good customer service (see a pattern?) So far, I have had multiple reschedule attempts for July— it’s the 20th and I have yet to see a cleaner, or have one commit to cleaning my house. All the rescheduling (often last minute) causes headaches, because there are times I don’t schedule clients/other activities because I’m expecting to have to show a -new- cleaning person around. (So far each time they’ve sent someone different.) On top of all the time involved dealing with this company, they add a number of fees, reducing the special pricing you think you’re getting… $20.63 processing fee on $137? This is on top of Dazzling’s fee. Bottom line, if you like wasting time and money, this might be the company for you. Maybe in a large metropolitan area it works better, but not on a Hawaiian island.

Dazzling Cleaning is a Facebook scam and should be avoided at all costs. Cleaners showed once, left early, did a lousy job, credit card was charged hundreds of dollars, then charged hundreds of dollars again, and then company fought charges with fake contract documentation. An absolute nightmare. Had to cancel credit card.

We had an appointment for cleaning. The young lady did not have any cleaning supplies when she showed up. She did not clean the whole house. We thought we would give her a second chance so the next appointment was for July 8, no show, no phone call. So we cancelled our contract because they did not fulfill their obligations to us. They billed our credit card company anyway, and now I am getting messages that someone will be there on the 22nd to clean. We will not allow them in our home. We cannot get in touch with anyone, there is no phone number to call or even write a text message. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I paid for a 3 hour cleaning and they were there for less than 30 minutes. I contacted them and decided I do not want their services anymore and they charged me 99.00 for contract cancellation.
