If you cancel you have to pay for any discounts you received on your first cleaning. The cleaners turnover all the time. Definitely not a better price than standard cleaners and definitely lower quality of work

They fine you if you try to cancel
2 of the cleaners stole things from my apartment (I know this is not dazzling cleaning fault). But then a 3rd person with 1 star review accepted a request and I didn't want this person in my house. I cancelled the appointment but still got charged and Dazzling refused a refund. At this point I just wanted to cancel the subscription and to my surprise the show me that if I want to cancel I still need to pay them $138.

So I only got their service 1 time and they ended up hitting my account for membership fees that I knew nothing of. They also sent false information to bank and was able to keep all the money they had withdrawn from account. I only got this service 1 time for $17 and ended up paying over $150 for 1 cleaning. This is their scam and how they will get you. Believe that because it is the truth. I hope this review saves someone else from being robbed like I was.

This is a scam company that will sign you up under false pretenses and then put fake people on your schedule to come clean your home all while charging your card over and over after cancellation. They will tell you that they have cleaners in your area when in reality they don’t.

Read this at all cost or it will cost you dearly!
One of the workers who used to work for them said that because of all the complaints they change their name frequently, the latest is Dazzling Cleaning, they use that name because many other cleaning companies use some form of the word Dazzle in their name, based on other sites the 5 star reviews are for Dazzle Cleaning or Dazzle Cleaning and Restoration which DO have good reviews.
Unfortunately, people who posted here will probably not go on this site again to get the very useful info I provided.
To anyone thinking of hiring them, don't even bother to read the other reviews, just look at what I write here which was based on all the other reviews I read, I think this company is run by crooks-maybe drug dealers who use their customers as "workers" (based on the descriptions others have made) and the money they make goes into their advertising for naiive people who may not have access to the internet to read their AWFUL reviews. To show how unethical and immoral the company is there are multiple class action suits against them, and one should also contact Atty General in your state. They are so bad a FB page called Dazzling Cleaning Company Scam was created with more details of the lawsuits and horror stories. Most review sites will not allow to put the contact info on the class action suit, so create a FB account so you can go to that page and be aware of what's going on with them. You can post anonymously on their website but do not know if you can access page without a FB account.

Scam!!!
Scam!!!! Stay away. Don’t repeat my mistake!
They send the cleaners who can be extremely unprofessional , later they charge your card with unexpected amounts. No respond back, no picking up the phones or replying to emails!
For One cleaning with this company I ended up to be charged a little over $500!!! Instead of $79. Stay away!

Scam
I scheduled an 8 hour cleaning for Friday 7/21/23 from 10:30a-6:30p. This included two extras: oven cleaning and cabinet cleaning/organizing. The day prior, I messaged the cleaner to introduce myself and thank her for taking the job, and we had a brief conversation. Then on Friday 2 hours before my appointment, she texted me “yes”. That was the last I heard from her. She did not show up for the cleaning and she was not responding to texts and sent my calls straight to voicemail. I rescheduled for the following day, Saturday 7/22/23 for the same 8 hour cleaning with the two “extras” and the appointment time was 8a-4p. The cleaner texted me at 7:40a stating that she “worked last night and needed more rest” and asked me to call her. I reluctantly called her and she said she could be here between 9:30-10a. She texted me at 10a stating she was on the way. She arrived at 10:30a with her husband, who dropped her off and left. During the cleaning she stated multiple times that it wasn’t going to take her the whole 8 hours. She mentioned that although on social security disability, she was currently homeless and sometimes had to sleep in her car with her husband and two dogs and that this job would allow her two nights stay at a hotel. She asked me if I could help her find a place to live and asked if I would consider hiring her outside of the app. She also asked me if I would be interested in buying some steak from her husband at a rate of 50% the sticker price. About an hour after she began cleaning, she asked me if her husband could come help her. I explained that I was not comfortable with that and she was highly disappointed with my answer. At this point, I was highly uncomfortable and wanted her out of my house. When she stated she was finished cleaning around 12:15p, I was relieved for her to be gone. But to my surprise, she sat on my front porch until almost 1:00p waiting for her husband to come pick her up. My oven was not cleaned, the cabinets were not even opened, she did not dust or wipe down surfaces, my bathtubs and showers were not clean. She did not sweep or mop under or alongside furniture. There were lots of stains still on the floor that weren’t mopped up. After she left, I went onto the website to request a partial refund. It would only allow me to “cancel” because it was during the appointment hours. I did so. An hour later, the cleaner came back to my house to confront me about canceling. I was trying to put my toddler to sleep and did not come to the door right away. She continued knocking and ringing my doorbell, and eventually went to tell my neighbor that she needed to speak with me. I went out on the porch to speak with her and I explained that the app would only let me cancel and that I was requesting a partial refund because she only cleaned for 2 of the 8 hours I paid for. She attempted to argue with me about this and would not leave. I offered to write her a check for the two hours she cleaned just to get her to leave. She stated that she “couldn’t have checks” in her name. I apologized that I did not have cash and she continued arguing that it wasn’t fair as she turned to leave. I went inside. She got in the car and started backing out of my driveway. Then her and her husband came back up to the door and started ringing the bell again. Her husband demanded I write the check in his name. At this point, I was the most uncomfortable I have been in many years and just wanted them gone. I searched my house finally finding $40 in cash and gave it to them and they left. I am afraid that they now know where I live. So much for hiring from a company that “background checks” their employees.
