So the 2 first cleaners rescheduled twice and finally when my assigned cleaner reached out, she was late.
poorly dusted the shelves... many missed spots and unfortunately she barely spoke English was also afraid of my two very friendly cats whom I had to lock 4 hrs, regardless my efforts, the cleaning was mediocre... the company promised me a refund but ended up charging me $50 extra, let's see what's next...

Agree a scam - if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!
I agree with the other reviews saying this is a scam. I really do not recommend this service. We canceled our “membership” after a few last minute cancellations and no shows on multiple cleaners’ parts. Because we canceled before the 6 month mark (we lasted about one month before the last minute cancellations/no shows starting rolling in), they charged us the “full price” for the one cleaning we received, which was a whopping $154 for our 1 br apt. I’m guessing the high price is due to the fact that I selected a 3 hr cleaning ACCORDING TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE WEBSITE, so that is what it registered as, as opposed to the 1.5 hours it actually took. The discrepancy did not seem a big deal at the time since dazzling lures you in with the free first cleaning. The cleaning job we had was good but not great - the cleaner missed a lot of things we did not realize until afterwards, for instance did not clean the shower at all. Bottom line: (1) pick another service, but if you must choose dazzling then (2) take dazzling cleaning time recommendations with a grain of salt, (3) brace yourself for the cancellations, no-shows and solid B- grade cleaning jobs, (4) do a walkthrough with the cleaner before they leave, and (5) try not to cancel before the 6 month mark.

Unreliable cleaners, lousy customer service, bad service.
The cleaner only completed half the job she was asked to complete. She wasn't truthful about it neither: she said she only didn't have time to clean a bathroom, when in reality, she "didn't have time" to clean two bathrooms, a bedroom and a living room. The cleaners before her were able to clean the requested areas in the time allowed. When I confronted her, she argued, saying, they must had not done a good job. She was more than 20 minutes late and didn't stay later. She was on the phone almost the entire time.
This was my fourth negative experience with the company. I contacted them to cancel, but they do not allow breaking the contract without a very steep, almost $200, fee. So I paid for two extra months without using their service. I asked to cancel after that, and they offered me a month of free membership as a consolation. I didn't use it. They charged me again the following month. I'm still waiting on the refund.
This is hit and miss cleaning service, but because I've had too many negative experiences, it's been a frustrating issue. They charge the membership, and then $25ish extra in fees every time the cleaner comes.
I do not recommend them. Many cleaners are not good, fees are too high and the customer service is rubbish.

There service has been unacceptable
There service has been unacceptable. Twice, the cleaning "professionals" have texted after being late with excuses about not being able to make the appointment. One excuse was car problems, the second excuse was they can't pay the rent. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. The fact that you don't have a contact number to talk with someone live about cancelling my account and removing my credit card information is unsatisfactory. I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I'm starting to believe this service is a fraud in an attempt to collect personal and credit card information.

Beware! Not reliable or consistent!
I’ve been using the service for five months. In that time they have sent me multiple different cleaners. I have a set appointment once a week to have my house cleaned. It takes me two hours to clean it, so I allowed three. Some of the cleaners sent have cleaned it in two hours, others three hours, and a couple of them took 4 hours. My two bedroom house is only 980 ft.² Some of the people they sent seem to have their own supplies and others don’t seem to have any supplies. Some seem like they’ve cleaned before, but most seem like they’re new to cleaning. They have completely missed two appointments in the time I’ve been subscribed and now they want $153 if I want to cancel the service! Beware! I just wanted a regular weekly cleaning service, which is something apparently they cannot supply.

Don’t trust the raving reviews
Don’t trust the raving reviews, which are for the cleaners mostly and not the company. Here was my experience:
I signed up for the service because I was desperate for a deep cleaning during a weekend, and all of the cleaners in my metropolitan area either don’t clean on weekends or were already booked. I knew going into it that the first cleaning would be deeply discounted. I also knew that there would be a fee for early cancellation.
I’m not sure what other customers experienced, but this was my experience: the first cleaning took six hours, and my cleaner was good. He told me ahead of time the things that he would not clean, which I was fine with. But if I’m being completely honest, the cleaners that I used before Covid would have done far more than what he did for a deep clean. The total charge from the company was $79. For where I live that is *ridiculously* cheap. It was so cheap I tipped him an extra $100, not only for the fact he was not being charged much but also for the fact that it was on a weekend.
I received a notification that I needed to schedule another cleaning within two weeks. We were going on vacation, so I changed it to once a month. When the time came for the same cleaner to come back, we really didn’t need the cleaning, but I knew I wanted to get away from this company after the six month trial period was over, so I allowed him to come and clean. I also assumed this cleaning would be discounted as I had accrued extra discounts by tipping online, etc.
But when I got the bill it was $250. If this wasn’t the normal price for cleaning in my area, I would’ve been completely dumbfounded. And angry. As it was, I looked into canceling my contract. I could see this wasn’t going to end well.
I had to pay an additional $286 for the privilege of canceling the rest of my trial period and my account. Plus there was a transaction fee, which I have no idea what that was about.
I have no idea why the reviews are so high here. I encourage people to go to Yelp, because the Google reviews that you see are only for the cleaners and not for the company. The one-star reviews are legit. If you live in an area with a low cost of living, this is NOT a service you want to sign up for. Likewise, if you live in an area with a high cost of living, and need a good regular cleaning service that deeply discounts you for doing certain things like tipping and reviewing online, this is might not a bad deal, assuming you actually receive those discounts. But buyer beware.

I got stood up
I had an appointment scheduled and I was ready to meet them at the agreed time but no one ever showed up and no one responded to my calls or my text messages. The only reason they're getting an additional star other than one is because they actually refunded my money quickly after I asked for it. At least their customer service for refunds is efficient but don't expect anyone to actually show up to clean your house. Especially if the name is Tiffany. I was so disappointed.

Don't use DAZZLING CLEANING
I joined Dazzling Cleaning in March, 2022 and had one guy come clean my house who did a great job. I have tried repeatedly to reschedule a bi-weekly cleaning but because I live in an area that apparently doesn't have a lot of cleaners I have been unable to reschedule a new clean. It's been nearly four months and the company refuses to let me out of my contract and continues to charge a monthly fee. There are many complaints on BBB about the same issue.
