They don't do background checks on the cleaners they hire. I had property stolen and was not compensated. I do not recommend!

Scam. The $19 first cleaning deal automatically registers you for monthly cleanings and they charge you (the full price) every month whether or not you get the cleaning. Avoid.

They send thieves for cleaning! We lost 200gms of gold!! Stay away from their service !

Be cautious when considering this company and its services. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative. After signing up, the cleaning services were subpar despite multiple opportunities for improvement. When I finally decided to cancel my subscription, I encountered unexpected charges—requiring me to pay for an additional six months before the cancellation could be processed (be sure to read the fine print). Ironically, after a year, a representative reached out via text, offering a $20 discount to rejoin. My response? I’d rather offer them $20 to stop contacting me.

Terrible company, total SCAM that somehow was able to get into my checking account - apparently thru my digital wallet app using my email, because I never even gave them my debit card #. This company, aka "Homeaglow" helped themselves to extra amounts I did not agree to or authorize. This service was for my elderly mom, who has Alzheimer's. There is ZERO customer service, no phone number anywhere on their website and no access to a human being to get any help with this. When I cancelled future services, they switched to charging my mom's debit card and she was then charged $315 ?!?!!! My bank and my mom's bank are involved now and have had to shut down both of our debit cards for fraud, which is a big inconvenience. You DON'T want this headache! Don't use.

AVOID THIS TRAP!! Look elsewhere. I hired them after my wife died to clean as for a few weeks. Service was okay but not needed as much after family left. They would not decrease the price of service for cleaning less. (Only myself now). they were thus, told to stop. The website had no way of calling and kept turning me to a different site. Again, no way to fix it. I my grief I told the cleaner to fix it. Now I see that they not only didn’t refund fees but they raised prices and renewed with out warning or permission. Again the name changed. Now they have been given another chance to fix the issue. They only agreed to not renew AGAIN but will “give me” until then. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY SERVICE FOR THE PAST 12 MONTHS. Avoid this trap!

total scam. i tried them the second time. no show. my fault for letting them scam me again. never use this service ever. they should lose their license

**Dazzling Cleaning - A Total Scam!** I had the worst experience with Dazzling Cleaning. I used their membership just once, and the outcome was awful. The cleaning was rushed and incomplete, with visible dust and dirt still everywhere. To make matters worse, I had to pay to cancel the membership that I hadn’t even used properly. When I reached out to customer service to complain, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. It honestly feels like they just took my money and provided no real service in return. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam!
