I'm under a very bad impression. I first decided to try through the site, trusting the site. They write so many messages, so many letters, some kind of permanent robot that moves the wind. Like you have an appointment. Reminder. Then a mark. Then something else. A person will break his head from the flow of this nonsense. Yes, if only!!!! I'm waiting for the first accepted application. The man is writing. I accidentally pressed the button, reschedule the time, or the day because I can't. I answer, and it is not necessary. This is the first time I am waiting for someone and I have already been given such tasks. Okay, I said no! let someone else come. Let's move on! Some guy takes an order, is half an hour late, comes back with a girl who, while he cleans the kitchen for 5 hours, has already cleaned the whole house. Who is this anyway? Okay, I think, next time I will say mistakes, I'll look again. The guy writes to me after cleaning about the next cleaning and before the next cleaning, what will come, so that we would be waiting for him, confirms everything on the site !!!! And what do you think? I've been waiting for him for 6 hours!!!! From 12 to 6. He does not answer, no texts, no phone. I am very disappointed in both the people and the company. And when I want to cancel my account altogether, they still want to write off more than 200 dollars from me ??? For what ??? For the fact that their people do not come?? This is a terrible scam. I do not recommend NEVER contact!

I had a horrible service they said it was a voucher no need to have membership. When the service was over that I was not happy with didnt clean well left the house smelling like dirty mop, They charged me $39 and the next day they charged $200.00 to a debit card that was not approved to be used and not under my name. This is a scam. From the service to the hidden fees. I'm calling my bank this is unacceptable. The customer services is horrible no answers since the service.

So many problems. First - buyer beware - their advertising is misleading and you are signing up for a non-refundable six month subscription that you’ll be paying at least $180+ to get out of and you’ll think you cancelled your “plan” and it will say you have “no active plan” but they’ll still be charging your credit card monthly. Second, the cleaner they sent (a) called at the last minute to reschedule - I only agreed and rearranged my schedule to be there another day because I had company coming and hit was that or clean myself which I did not have time for; (b) was there for less than two hours after I paid for 3 hours plus extra for windows; (c) the initial cursory review while he was there was okay but I quickly discovered there was dusting not done, floors were not really clean, and the fridge door handles hadn’t been cleaned and he didn’t bring all his own supplies as was advertised. He didn’t empty trash or recycling. And when the sun shone in the next day I quickly realized the windows were streaky and had to be redone. Please learn from my mistake and don’t waste your money.

They charge random, selling a monthly $49 subscription (on top of their 15% fees) for nothing. Their advertised price of $19 per hour is "starting price", that is silly: "I promise you to sell something at not less than". Maids usually don't show up, so they offer you a complimentary service but they charge you for that service if you cancel that useless subscription. Their trick consists of offering you a discount without stating the real price: then they charge you up to $ 57 per hour (a maid :-) ) and charge the difference. Stay away !

After being told when my appt will be cleaned 8/8/23 - I said only avail 8/7/23-I agreed to this morning 8/7/2023 for 3 hours 7am to 10 am & now 7:28am I cannot reach Alexus, the company by calling or emailing. They went out of there way to promise to make me very happy. They wouldn't confirm without credit card even tho voucher handles cost. Do not deal with company They LIE-- DIANA- EMMA, ALEXUS & more. WOW 10X-- I GAVE CREDIT CARD IN CASE GOES OVER THE 3 HOURS FREE- WELL, THESE SCAMMERS TOLD CREDIT CARD REP THAT YES, 3 WOMEN DIANA&2 WERE THERE ON 8/8/23- MY GOD LIARS I HAVE PAGES OF EMAILS & TEXTS SHOWING ME CALLING- TEXTING & EMAIL BUT NO RESPONSE. IF CREDIT CARD GOES WITH SCAMMERS I WILL CLOSE ACCT. I HAVE REPORTED TO BBB- PISSED CONSUMER- ABA-& WILL UPDATE SITUATION but PLEASE DO NOT USE DAZZLING CLEANERS- HOMEGLOW ALL SCAMMERS UNDER THE LAW!!!! 8/16/2023 updated

This company is a COMPLETE SCam , I did not sign up for any membership and if I do not get a complete refund I will sue!!! 5 months charging for 0 service.

I tried for two months to cancel my subscription i find it very annoying that you can not speak to anyone. I was charged for one month on services i never received and then quickly charged the early cancellation fee. I will not recommend them.
