I booked it and three times the cleaner rescheduled it at last moment every time . Highly unprofessional. I don’t recommend it at all. I don’t want to give any star.I think it’s a complete Fraud or Scam.

Lots of problem with the service quality, lots of no shows from cleaners, and worst of all lots of billing problems. I emailed dazzling to cancel my account in April after so many no shows that I got less than half of the cleanings I scheduled. I guess I didn't say the magic words though because dazzling canceled my "cleaning plan" but not my membership so they continued to charge me $50 a month for a service I attempted to cancel. I messaged dazzling about this issue and was basically told it was my fault and it's non refundable. In addition to that issue which alone is enough to tell you this service is a scam, the cleaners do not seem to even know what dazzling has on their checklist. Multiple cleaners came out and I had to basically give them step by step instructions. If I had time to do that, I would have just handled it myself! One time we had a cleaner come out for 6 hours for a deep clean and she didn't really know what to do at all, we showed her the checklist that is provided and had to give step by step instructions still. This was in preparation for an event at my home and really set me back. Horrible service and a compete scam.

Too bad there aren't negative stars! Absolute trash customer service. Never a live person. Fraudulent and scammers!! Out of 6 appointments 2 were good and that was the same cleaner who charged 30.00 an hour. Plus there are additional fees!! What a rip off!! The company does little if nothing to compensate the consumer, and that's IF they respond to your email. There is no phone number with a representative or chat. You can't cancel before the 6 months or they'll charge an outrageous fee!!

i am convinced they are scam! i got first service ok then i was not never able to get service. cleaners does not show up, if you want to reschedule they ask you extra 25usd/h which they made priority. and there is no way you can cancel they keep charging monthly for no service.

When I signed up I did not realize that it was a membership service. We are looking for a cleaning person to clean our home regularly so when I saw the ad I thought I would try it. The person that was assigned to us kept pushing back her start time on the day she was scheduled, ultimately resulting in us having to reschedule because I could not wait any longer. When we rescheduled; it was for 10am. The texts come in with the reminders. THERE ARE SOOOO MANY TEXTS. The reminders changed from her arriving at 10am to her arriving between 10-10:30am. She came at 10:45am. She herself was very nice and did a good job during her 3 hour clean. She was not able to get everything done in our 2400 sq ft house I went to go cancel the next appointments and that is when I realized that it was a subscription. The system notified me that because I was cancelling, the cleaning was going to be $173.08 instead of the deal that I clicked on which I also paid ($20.48) + the forever clean dazzle subscription ($52.82) which I cancelled within 24 hours; once I realized what was happening. So the 3 hours clean with a $20 tip ultimately cost $266.38 when the coupon I clicked on said $20.48. This was not a $266 dollar clean It felt like a bait and switch. I do not recommend this company. Also it’s important to note that their high ratings are often because of the cleaner themselves not the dazzling cleaning service.

The cleaner never arrived. She called my cell phone 3 times. My phone was not with me. I was outside awaiting her arrival. She left on my voicemail that she had arrived that I later saw once I had my phone. I was outside from 346pm to 415pm. She was supposed to have arrived at 330pm. The policy says that she is supposed to stay 30 minutes afterward the cleaner attempt to enter my home. In this case, contact me. She never came unto my property though. However, I am the only one standing outside my home. She charged me $72.80. The actual charge, per contract, is supposed to be $57.00 if work was done. I am unsure of the extra cost as well. The dishonesty led me to the decision to cancel. The problem is, they do not have a REAL customer service, they are not registered with the BBB, they do not have a physical address nor a business phone number. I don't want liars in my home. I honestly believe the first cleaner committed fraud on my credit card. I can't say really but it happened right after I tipped her using her cashapp. She had to do weird things like had me wait until she unpause it for me to send the money. Then later, I had two unfamiliar transactions on my bank statement from Amazon.com both in the amount of $71+. My bank handled that issue. I am trying to the contract with dazzlingcleaning.com. I later contacted the cleaner via text. She was very combative and offensive and later said that, “it is not my fault that you did not answer your phone.”

Stay away from this company, I purchased a voucher and didnt realize that this autotmatically means a $50 non refundable charge . If you cancel before 6 months they charge $216. Horrible

It was simple enough finding and securing a cleaner to help clean my new house prior to moving into it. However the cleaner caused hundreds of dollars of damage. He broke our kitchen faucet when attempting to increase the water flow, and his bucket or chemicals stained our hardwood floor in multiple places before I could notice. Dazzling cleaning refused to let me terminate my subscription, and they did not cover any of the damage because I submitted my complaint late (because my first attempt to submit a complaint did not successfully go through). They also do not have a customer service phone number, which I found particularly dubious.
