Horrible company! Communication with them is nearly impossible. I was aware of the charge if you cancel before the 6 months, and I didn’t have a problem with that if I just changed my mind. However, I had a scheduled cleaning for 8 24 at 8:00. I had confirmation of this appt 8 22. I had guest coming in 8 24 for the weekend. At 7 am on the 24th I got a text from cleaner stating she hoped the company had let me know she would not be here. THEY DID NOT. I contacted company, no phone service, just email, and they replied she should have contacted me. This put me in a horrible situation. I told company they did not follow their own rules concerning appointments and I should not have to pay the fee bc it was THEIR BREAKING OF RULES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THEM! I was basically told “tough” and cancelled

First cleaner was one hour late. Was scheduled for 2 hrs of cleaning and left after 1 1/2 hrs. Second cleaner was great,. It was her first time cleaning. I requested her for 3rd cleaning. No longer there. Third cleaner was no show. I cancelled my membership and was charged $135. Worth being rid of them. Such a scam.

Writing this as I’m waiting for a two hour late cleaner. I’ve had a membership since may that automatically charges $50 a month. Firstly, the terms of the membership are not clearly communicated at all. I had no idea that I had signed up for a 6 month binding membership until month 2 when I wanted to stop using this extremely unprofessional business. Since May I’ve had 5 cleanings completed (the idea was to have a cleaner come by twice a month). I’ve had cancellations, 3-4h late cleaners that won’t respond to calls or texts, I’ve had no shows that has resulted in me trying to reach a representative from the company, which turned out to be impossible!!! There are no emails or phone numbers anywhere. The website is extremely unhelpful and will only direct you to reach out directly to the cleaner. I just decided to bite the bullet and pay an additional $200 to end my membership.

HUGE SCAM. My cleaner was fantastic but this service is overall a SCAM. Beware of this company and be very careful of the small print ...because you are signing up for a 6 month agreement which does not cover your full cleaning. You will always be playing extra on top of your forever clean membership. Support is NOT helpful. All they do is reiterate their terms and conditions and refuse to let you leave the forever clean plan without paying for your subscription upfront.

THIS IS A SCAM!! Do not use this company. I have had a membership since March, and during that time, more than 1/2 of my appointments have been canceled. Many of these cancelations were at the last minute, and no one could replace the cleaner I selected. I have tried to find a phone number for the company, but they don't have one. I've also e-mailed the company, and while they have responded, they insist that I continue paying them. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to the Florida Department of Professional Licenses.

First cleaner did a terrible job. I didn’t realize it until a couple days later. I had just moved into my new home and it has mostly wood laminate flooring except for the rooms. I asked her to work on the floors and windows and the fridge. She spent about 3 hours of the 4 hours she was supposed to be here. You only have 72 hours to contact customer service otherwise they won’t do anything about it. Also, I had left a 5 star review and I asked them to remove it but they told me I could adjust it and that the company is unable to remove it. I tried to adjust the review but guess what? There is no way to adjust it. I also forgot, the cleaner wore a very political and divisive shirt which just so happened to target me. While I disagreed with her political views I had still left that 5 star review. I did however did request that she not be scheduled with me again. Luckily I was just moving in and everything was still in boxes. Otherwise I’m sure it would’ve been very awkward. The next scheduled date 2 weeks later, not a single cleaner accepted it. I was told to reschedule which I did, then a cleaner that accepted the appointment messages me after 10pm the night before canceling and telling me to reschedule on particular days and times. As if I, the customer, had to work around their schedule. Customer service tells me to reschedule as well and they gave me credit for 2 hours. They also told me that I could cancel their service completely. When I looked into it, I learned that they would charge me an additional $176 for the first cleaning. I complained and was told that there was nothing they could do. I rescheduled and again no cleaner accepted the appointment. Now they credit me one free month of their service. I reschedule yet again and a cleaner accepted and confirmed the date and time I had requested. Now that cleaner just canceled the night before again after 10pm. Do not sign up for this service as it seems like they are just a scam.

I only used once and they want to hook me forever for month fees of about $40. I emailed so many times to cancel, and they still want to charge me for monthly. When someone emails to cancel, some other services would cancel for them. But they send weird wordings of email with link to cancel which was confusing to navigate. If anyone needs, I had multiple times requested to cancel, they did not cancel.

1st cleaner showed up and was great. No one else has shown up in over a month. 4 wasted weeks. One cleaner was a no show and wouldn't respond to any messages. Next cleaner has unreliable transportation and has cancelled 3 times in a row after accepting my appointment times. When my sister found out I signed up for this service she warned me it was a scam, as no one ever showed up for her cleanings, and dazzling cleaning didn't even want to refund her...when they failed to provide any service! Very disappointed
