After paying the $20 start up for them to find someone to come clean my home the house keeper canceled within the 24 hour time frame of the cleaning. I had to hire someone else and can't get the in touch with anyone about the voucher refund. The site gives an error page. DON'T TRUST!!!

horrible experience - you book a service and then the don’t show up….I have rearranged my schedule to accommodate them every time and yet, they still didn’t show. Stay clear unless you want to sit around waiting for nothing.

This company may be a fraud, I’m not sure. I’ve never been able to speak to anyone. I have been connected to cleaners, who do not show up and cancel on me at last minute. I’ve been charged monthly and unable to get out of the contract.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! Stay away from this company! The cleaners constantly cancel on you last minute. And even if you want to cancel the membership, you have to pay back for the discount that you have previously used otherwise you have to wait for 6months (and pay the monthly membership fee for 6 months!). STAY AWAY!

Housecleaner texted asking if her 3 year old could come while cleaning. I said ok as my 3 year old granddaughter was here to play with. Erica arrives with her daughter who is sick with a fever.she asks to leave and come back. She is gone at least 2 hours while taking her daughter to her mom. She started by cleaning the oven that I didn’t t request initially. She comes back. She didn’t get to both bathrooms. Floors were horrible. She dusted and things were not put back. Everything was not cleaned. I am so disappointed I felt I was being accommodating with her daughter, but house was not cleaned. She asked if she could have her alcoholic beverages while she cleaned. I agreed thinking she was gonna get the job done. In reality, it was odd to even ask. min addition, just realized my vacuum is missing after she asked to use it and my cleaning supplies. Second appointment. House cleaner- no show with no response from cleaner. No response from company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- they are extremely unethical. First, many of their cleaners are not professionally trained and most have little to no experience. However the main issue (which you will see all over their BBB profile) is that the cleaners frequently cancel and you must still pay the monthly fee. I had 5 cancellations in the last 3 months (received no services) and still had to pay the monthly fee for those months. When I corresponded with the company, they told me they were trying to address the issue but I would have to pay the considerable cancellation fee if I stopped the membership.
