Pattern of Complaint: According to information in BBB files, Dazzling Cleaning Company LLC has a pattern of complaints alleging Contract, Service, and Refund or Exchange Issues. Specifically, some consumers are signing up for a one-time service and being enrolled in a membership contract without their knowledge. These consumers state, that once the cleaning service is either unsuccessfully completed or canceled, they attempt to contact Dazzling Cleaning Company LLC and are either ignored or met with a cancellation fee. When these individuals inquire as to why there is a cancellation fee for a service or they inform the company they were not advised of the membership, all communications with Dazzling Cleaning Company LLC cease. Other customers are stating that their cleaners are either ill equipped or do not perform the tasks that are requested. When these consumers contact Dazzling Cleaning Company LLC for a reschedule or to lodge a complaint they are not being assisted and often the issues go uncorrected. On April 6, 2022, BBB contacted Dazzling Cleaning Company LLC to seek their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaints; however, the company failed to respond. BBB will update this aspect of the Business Profile once additional information becomes available

This is a scam site - they have zero responsiblity, zero customer service and zero followthrough on completing their contracted (or offered) services.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! I fell for this scam. 1 cleaner did a horrible job, one never showed up, and when I tried to cancel I could not without paying $250 for a poor-quality 2-hour cleaning in which the cleaner didn't even dust!! I have spent months trying to get this company to stop charging me. Before they removed their G**gle account, they had 700+ 1-star reviews. Trust the reviews, they don't lie. I would rather clean all the houses in my neighborhood than deal with this company. I rarely take the time to write a negative review. This one is really bad.

This company is a total scam. They charge crazy hidden fees and are misleading about what you are signing up for. It’s hard to cancel and expensive. The employees are clearly not professionals and I would be cautious letting them into your home.

First, they don’t tell you you’re entering into a contract when you follow the link on their YouTube ads. So I did fall for that cheap bs that ended up costing me what you would actually hire a professional cleaner to do. Secondly, it took forever to get a cleaner cause either they either never showed up or showed up late after I canceled due to no-show. Third, their cleaners are ******** and the one that did show up damaged my properties then tried to hide it. Like literally rusted my towel rod and left the rust in the brush, which then stained my white shower floor. They then said it won’t be covered cause it is still functional, then o had to threaten legal action for them to send me a form which I never knew they sent because I didn’t get a text for some reason about getting an email from them, but other times I got the text. By the time I filled out the form they said the time to file had passed and I’d have to pay the amount the assessed to cancel my contract, which I entered into blindly but not consensually. It has been a mess and I hope no one else falls into the trap. I would appreciate a replacement or an adjustment of price to cover the damages.

If I could give it negative 30 stars i would. No communication with a representative of the company, unskilled workers and terrible service. I have to clean up after each cleaner that had come by. DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO THE MEMBERSHIP, you have to pay hundreds to get out of it before the 6 months is up. Such a waste of my money and time!!! These cleaners are beyond UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

I was not told about the membership thing till after my $79 cleaning turned into $400. This is a scam even tho my cleaner was very good. Got into a chat room with Dazzling and after I explained my dissatisfaction, they stopped communicating with me. BIG TIME SCAM

Very misleading sales reps, poor quality cleaning. Paid for 3 hours they cleaned for 1.5. Cleaner showed up with no cleaning product, no vacuum of mop. Shady company!
