This company is known for deceiving their customers and has over 200 complaints with the Better Business Bureau along with a rare F rating. They tricked me along with hundreds of other people. There's even a full Facebook page dedicated to warning potential customers of their tricks to get your money. PLEASE BE AWARE.

No phone or email support should be a clue to a disguised scam. They did not supply me with an acceptable cleaner. The only woman available cleaned twice then canceled at least 3 times after that. The company did not provide another cleaner. I stopped payment on the monthly fee with American Express for their non-performance.

The 5 star reviews here are a scam. I’ve had two appointments with Dazzling Cleaning and both were disasters. The first cleaner showed up 3 hours late. For the second appointment, no one showed up at all. I tried to reach out through your customer service with no response. This is unacceptable. They charged me full price even after I canceled due to poor service, ignoring their advertised promotions. Zero customer service or support numbers. Zero follow up on their contact forms Then I got charge $135 for CANCELLING after 1 cleaning and another failed to show up. Happy to pay this fee to be completely rid of this company for the rest of my life.

Horrible experience. Had one cleaning that was awful. The worst ever. Saw on my camera that he stayed for under an hour. Disputed with the company. They locked me into a ridiculous subscription that I didn’t sign up for and refuse to stop charging me. Absolutely awful service.

run far, far away! this company is a SCAM that is mostly run by bots. We got one cleaning and the rest kept cancelling. All the while they charge their $49/mo plus additional undisclosed fees.

This is a scam company! the fee they charge you up front is just a finder's fee for them to find someone to Come Clean your house. I paid for 6 hours in advance so I thought I had to pay another $100 when the people arrived. instead of getting 6 hours of cleaning I got an hour and a 1/2 of 3 people. the cleaning was not thorough some was OK some was not OK. they have no customer service number You can't reach a Human being and there's nowhere on their website to cancel. this is a major scam Stay far Far Away!

We tried them and were told it would be $19 for a 2 hour job. Then, at 10pm the day before they hit us with a $39 bill. The next day after the guy was here they hit our back for another $49. We complained to them about the crappy job he did and that he put about a 6" scratch in our hallway floor. He left spots that looked like he never cleaned and it seemed he just used plain water and a rag mop. When he left he dumped the water next to my carport and I had to put the stones back in place. He could have just as easily dumped his bucket in the gutter. When we complained we were told we had to get the refund from the cleaner, but there is no way to even contact him. I'll be going to my credit union this morning to talk to them about getting those charges stopped and to not accept anything else. Oh, they tell you that if you cancel within 24 hours before the next job, there is an early cancellation fee. So, even though our next scheduled cleaning wasn't until October they charged us $74.50 to cancel. Crooks any way you look at them. Update: After contacting our credit union the company returned the $39 and we are waiting for the other funds to be returned.
