I kept my plan for about 10 months. The cleaners were good, I just didn’t like the fact that after you had worked with a particular cleaner for awhile, instead of letting you know they wanted to move on, they just don’t show up after they have accepted your cleaning request. After I explicitly asked my cleaner Whitney, to let me know when she was ready to move on, she kept lying to me and not showing up for scheduled appointments. I’m done with this service. The cleaners are too immature.

Truly do not do it, it’s just not worth it. They totaled my first cleaning to be free but in my bank account I still saw a $40 charge. The next cleaning was $85 which is honestly just not worth a non-professional cleaner who doesn’t even bring their own supplies. When I tried to cancel they charged me $150. Don’t bother, it won’t save you money.

This feels like a scam. First let me say the cleaner did an okay/average job but that is not my issue. I signed up for the membership fee based on them indicating that cleaning services would be available for the membership fee of $50 per month plus an hourly rate starting at $18. There is NO ONE available at that price. The company adds on a $5 per hour fee and a processing fee of another $15 to $20. This is on top of the $50 membership fee. I could hire a cleaner on my own for the same or lower price and allow the individual cleaning to get all of the money directly. If you try to cancel they charge an exorbitant fee so you are basically locked in until the end of your 6 months. AVOID THIS SITE!

The cleanings, 3 rooms, I got X2 did not meet what I would expect for the money you have to pay. If they charge a membership fee of $35.00 a month, then you had to pay for the services of someone who does the cleaning. Not worth the cost.

I enjoyed the service when I had it but when I cancelled because it was too expensive they did not cancel my “scheduled cleaning plan” and sent me an email that said you have one more cleaning. I was unaware that after you cancel even if they leave the appointments scheduled they will up charge to what they call “full price” and I ended up paying $300 for a small apartment cleaning. I called to inquire and they were not helpful in any way other than to say I was responsible for cancelling individual cleanings set up through my plan after cancelling my plan. Don’t do it, it’s not worth it they basically just want to scam you out of money in any way possible without remorse.

This rating has nothing to do with the cleaner or the Quality of her work . This has to do with hidden charges or unexplained charges I had 3 charges to my card on the last cleaning and trying to reach anyone ...e-mail , text messages or forbid a phone # for customer service was like trying to get a direct line to God . Very Unhappy ,hopefully to be an X consumer soon ... My advice ...just don't do it !!!

Hidden membership and hidden costs. they don’t care what cleaners they match you with and the cleaners regularly pad thier time to charge you more.

They promised cleaners, but never provided. the only wayt o get them is to pay nearly double market rate. On top of that they never mentioned a service charge that is near 40% of the cost on top of a monthly fee. The whole thing is a SCAM. They even stole my $54.68 credit off of my account and only gave me $10. They do not provide cleaners, they keep sayign they will and magically no one shows up repeatedly. They are not doing what they advertised and are charging way more than advertised. That is the definition of fraud. misrepresented business model intentionally and misrepresented the costs intentionally. Update: they did re issue the credit but it’s still fraudulent. They say $18 market average rate but not a SINGLE individual is available at that rate. No way that’s average. Wildly misleading and provide nothing and cleaners keep canceling unless they’re way way more than average like at least 40-50%. Stay away. Complete scam.
