Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

SCAM ALERT one star is too good! The Forever clean membership at $49/month plus what you pay for the service you emd up paying full price! I had one excellent clean followed by cleaner at next appt arriving hours late with her kids who she then had help her clean. They did a crappy job. Theres no way to call Customer service for immediate help and its nearly impossible to cancel. The button is hidden. I highly recommend that you someplace else for service.

The wrong number was listed to a different business - this seems like a scam!

This company is a Scam. I paid for a voucher and they charged me on top of that $50 dollars for a membership I didn't ask! Then when i cancelled the membership they charged me $80 MORE! So my first 6 hours i paid i paid more than 200 dollars and the cleaning is TERRIBLE! Pls be careful with them!!!

Horrible company. STAY AWAY. I paid for a clean job twice, and frankly when the girls left you couldn’t tell that anyone had ever been there. Additionally, I paid extra for additional services and these contractors dilly dally at your home for 3 or 4 hours and walk away with a $200 Check. And when you cancel you have to pay full price for your first booking! The toilets were not scrubbed well, the baseboards were not cleaned as asked, the counters were not wiped down, the floor was not even swept and there was the same dust on the THREE things in the house( unit was moved out of, which should have made it the simplest of cleaning jobs)DO NOT USE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL SOUNDS. I asked for a partial refund and my cleaner BRITTANY denied me even that. The company has “made it up” to me by forcing me to take another membership but at a discounted rate. I refuse. You should too!! SO UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED. $350 thrown completely in the garbage.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.! You have been advised, informed, and forewarned. This company is worst company and has the worst cleaners life has to offer. If you consider yourself to be a person with any sense at all...stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. If you value your home, your time, your money or your sanity , don't you ever, ever, ever, ever, never, ever, ever, ever use Dazzling Cleaners.

Well, one had better search everywhere on every screen that comes up because there is the fine print. Sure, a voucher to get my house cleaned for $19 sounds great until I saw $54 a month coming out of my account, This is because I became a member, which was a surprise to me but there's that fine print I mentioned. So in order to cancel, to get them to stop taking money out of my account, I had to pay them for the full cleaning that took place one time which amounted to $165. So, one cleaning which was disappointing since the woman didn't dust my bedroom because she thought I didn't want it dusted (?) cost me around $355. It's a clever and insidious scam and I would avoid it and find a reputable house cleaner, not a service.

AVOID AVOID !!!!!! After initial cleaning with voucher cleaning (if that's what you want to call it 6 hrs., she was there for 2 hours then left) I have scheduled numerous cleaners, and no one shows up. I prepare to have my house cleaned and nothing. Cannot cancel membership without being charged an enormous amount of money. BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER been TAKEN FOR!! I really feel sorry for the scum bags who own this business praying on the elderly not being upfront with the openness of the continued costs associated with this. It totally disgusts me! And to top it all OFF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to talk to. You can only response through email no humans Or they send u an auto mated text over an over .

Purely fraud. Ad says $19.99 for 3 hours cleaning(never mentioned a thing about member), I purchased, then it auto-enrolled me to a membership which is $53.34 after cleaning. So I tried to cancel the membership. After cancel it charges me extra $157.67 for my first time cleaning. So in total $231 for a 3 hour cleaning service. Even though the cleaner's hourly price is $23.
