The cleaners are excellent but you literally have no way to cancel’ they make it impossible! And they charge you monthly even if you don’t use the cleaners!!!!!! Scam!!!!!!!

I am hoping they somehow can see my review, as they have no other way of communicating. I has one cleaning on 9/22 scheduled for the $19 introductory offer. One person showed up for a 6 (got 5.25 hours) hour clean, I had to go back over all of her insufficient work. Then they charged me for an additional $75, $11.25 and $49, I guess that's for October. I will not have a service that is missing quality control, customer service, communication, convenience. They will not lock me into their scammy little cleaning system. I've tried everything to communicate, so now I have blocked their text reminders, I have spoken directly to the girl who they have me scheduled for on days I did not approve and won't be convenient for me, she is clear that she is not to come to my house. They are not getting another dime out of me. The amount of time and stress is just not right! I would give them a minus 10 stars if I could! I am asenior, on a budget and I will not be taken advantahe of. I sent an emil to customer support, it came baack there is no one manning emails any longer. I blocked them from my phone, etc.. Keep your your money and move on!!

A total SCAM. Every cleaner was terrible and super late. There was hardly any quality control. Worse yet, they trick you into signing these year-long contracts without you knowing. It costs $140 to cancel your membership! I'm definitely fighting this and doing a chargeback.

This company is a SCAM!!!!! Do NOT use them! I signed up back in July 2023, for a once a month cleaning plan. There was NO $19 clean like it was advertised. They charged $49 on top of the three hour fee to my cleaner. My cleaner was actually awesome (lucky me) but the company’s billing practices are a scam. After my first service, I decided not to use the company again, because I could use a different company and get more for my money. I canceled my plan on August 11th, with an email confirmation that it was canceled. I was not charged a cancellation fee or anything. However, I was charged a $49 fee for the plan on August 14th. I let it go because I figured it was due to the date I canceled. Then, I was charged again in September. I sent a message to the company asking why I was charged, and never received a response. Move on to this month, October 3rd, I was charged again. I called the company on a number I found after searching the internet for about 20 minutes. It actually goes to a voicemail. I left a message, without a return call. Now, when I go back to the company’s page, my account no longer shows as canceled and when I tried to cancel AGAIN, they now try to charge an insane cancellation fee for canceling prior to 6 months. So, I called my bank and filed a fraud charge and blocked them from charging my card. I typically read reviews /search BBB before hiring a company, but I failed to do so this time. Hard lesson learned.

This is an absolute scam. They give no indication that you’re signing up for a monthly contract, then charge you $187 if you don’t want any more cleanings. Our cleaner didn’t even bring supplies. It was a joke.

They will steal your money and not clean your house. Cleaners would never show up or they would come hours after scheduled time and are very unprofessional. Company will continue to take money out of your account even after you request cancellation or refrains for services not rendered

I give you a 1 for the idea. This is a freaking scam. The cleaners clean as if you have them at your home daily even if you have 5-10 hours time frame booked. It's a complete over charge for the service and quality. They hide be an app. I have had 4 cleaners and I am tired of being nice. Don't sign up for the service or even the 1 time try, 1 person shows up unless they have a partner which is probably not check with the company. SCAM - I HATE IT!!!!!! ISSUE since I signed up in either June or July
