They promised a voucher for 6 hours of cleaning for $79. The cleaner was late, left the premises 2 times for 40 minutes each time, worked only 4 hours, and invoiced us for 8 hours- which we did not get a notice of and couldnt get into our account until days afterwards, at which time refunds are not possible according to the service. In addition, they do not tell you that there is $150 charge to get out of the "Agreement" for future cleanings, the cancel account option on the site does not work, and they charged both my Paypal as well as my credit card for the "cleaning"- which was terrible.

Dazzling Cleanings customer service is the worst. The cleaner Alex was best experienced of all others. The other two cleaners either no-show, change appointments without coordinating with me, or refusing to enter permise with authorized permission. I had enough of the none-sense; the cleaners seem to be under the perception the client sit home all and do not work. The cleaner refused to enter permise without me there on-site did so even though my mom and brother were home. Merry-maids I'm coming back.

The idea of dazzling cleaning is great however if something goes wrong the company can’t help you. I had a cleaner break my brand new floors. You are charged when the cleaning is over and the money goes directly to the cleaner. My cleaner refused to refund me for the broken floor ($450 quote to repair it) and the company just says sorry it’s up to the cleaner. I gave them another chance and I had some man pick up my cleaning and start messaging me a sob story about why he couldn’t show up but if I would just say he cleaned the house he will Venmo me my price back. I some how signed up for a membership when I tried my first cleaning and am $450 in the hole, they will charge me $288 to break my contract and my home is still no where near clean. Find yourself a cleaning company that will work for you. This company is terrible, their customer service is terrible. Stay far away!

Drugged cleaners and don't clean well at all They take a lot of money from you, $52 a month and another $32 for the cleaning itself, not worth it at all, don't recommend at all to stay away from them like fire Now I canceled my subscription and they took me $152 After the day before they took me another $52

This service is a scam. If you find a cleaner that is willing to continue to come to your house, great. The challenge is when they don't have a cleaner that will come to your house: 1. There is no one to talk to; there is only email and text. Most of that communication is canned. 2. They continue to charge the monthy "membership" fee even if you are not able to have anyone come clean your house. I signed up the second week of September and have not been able to get anyone to come back to my house. 3. Even though they are not following through on their end of the membership commitment, I can only cancel if I'm willing to pay the $122 it would have cost to clean my house the first time. They make no adjustments for the monthly fee they've charged me nor the credit I have because the cleaner didn't need the full three hours scheduled for my first (and only) cleaning.

The first time no one showed. The second time a person clearly on drugs came by with his wife and a dog. It took them 3 hours what I can do in an hour. Then he got into a fight over the phone at my house. I was so uncomfortable. The guy kept talking to me and would just randomly stop cleaning. There is no one to call if something goes wrong. I tried to cancel, but they kept taking my money. I had to cancel my debit card to get them to stop stealing my money. They are so sketchy.

We ended up paying over $400 for 6 hrs of cleaning, with so many problems such as over charging, cleaners not showed up, cancelling a few hours of cleaning time. It has been a nightmare 6 months straight

The first cleaner didn’t bring any materials, was incredibly afraid of dogs despite my notes saying I had them, only did 4 of the 6hrs I paid for and then begged for cash to get something to eat. The next cleaner never turned up 2 weeks later and didn’t get in touch I just don’t feel these people are vetted enough to be in my house.
