Everyone who rave or complaint about paying someone for $19 to clean your apartment/house is WICKED. God is not sleeping.

Horrendous mistake on my part to use this service. Their independent cleaners were unreliable (rarely on time), didn't provide deep cleaning (as promised) and often times were verbally abusive to me as the homeowner. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. They will overcharge you and not deliver much in the way of quality cleaning services.

Dazzling Cleaning service charged me $51.94 a month after I signed up with no cleaning service delivered. I tried calling them to reciting and no one answers but states a representative will get back to you within a few business days which never happened. I will also leave a negative review under Better Business Bureau! Do not use this service

Cancelled the service. They text offering a deal to reactivate. I responded "Please do not reactivate." Next thing I know they tell me they have reactivated the service. Read the other reviews here. This company is conning people. It is very difficult to cancel, you can't do it from the website. You email them over and over and they keep telling you that they won't cancel but will give you "a deal" and you won't be charged until someone does a service for you.... but they won't let you cancel any services.

Do not get hooked on the marketing hype. I thought I would try the $19 cleaning service only to find out it enrolled me on a 6 month membership which costed me $156 to cancel. After cancelling my recurring cleaning appointment was not cancelled and hence they charged me $75. Feels like great marketing but in the end one cleaning try costed $225 for 3 hours. Lesson learned if it sounds to good to be true it is!

If there was an option to vote no stars, I would. This is a garbage company that manipulates innocent individuals. They have no phone number or email to contact. Stay away from them, and if anyone is interested in filing a class action lawsuit against this dazzling cleaning crap, please reach out to me. My email is sum1utrustatgmail.com. They are operating unethically and assume they can make money without providing any service. We have to show them a lesson so they either conduct business ethically or go out of business. We can sue them for the money they stole and possibly go after their business and personal assets. We can also go after Facebook since they are giving thieves a platform to steal others.

Dazzling cleaning is a SCAM! I’m totally dissatisfied with their cleaning and when I unsubscribe they charged me up to six months of a subscription$144.82, when I booked there was not showing any subscription charge. But after cancelation they charged me. Despite cleaning for only 1 hour and 20 minutes, I received an email claiming a 3-hour cleaning session. To make matters worse, there's no contact number available for clarification. Unfortunately, they neglected key areas like bathrooms, living rooms, and kitchen, leaving them unclean. Additionally, the toilet bowls were overlooked. They are not professional. I would advise avoiding this service.

I am currently using this company's services. Here are the issues with the company: 1) unreliable scheduling of cleaning services. I've had a few appointments cancel at the last minute. 2) hidden fees. The company will charge additional "priority fees" if your appointment is rescheduled to a new date within 48 hours of the original EVEN if the rescheduling is caused by the company 3) Quality of cleaning services is uneven. There are some good cleaners but they may not be available for your appointment l, leaving you only with worse choices. 4) Stuck with a contract.
