ITS A SCAM!!! The cleaners like to use up your time and do little to no cleaning. You sign up and they do not explicitly tell you that you are signing up for a subscription of $49 a month and if you’re not satisfied with the cleaning and want to unsubscribe they will try and charge you from up to six months of a subscription! Tried the cleaning service based on a friend's recommendation. You must take their membership to even use their service once, there are so many hidden terms you have to be aware of, they charge like crazy if you want to cancel, all hidden in terms. They even scheduled future cleaning by themselves. I used a virtual card to replace my saved credit card. Scammy website. Cleaners by themselves are nice to work.

The cleaners were fine. First one was over the top great. The company on the other hand tricks you with the first time cheap cleaning, but then scams you for a 6 month payment plan. Which I missed. Do not use unless you read all the fine prints. I tried to cancel and was told I would be liable for the whole 6 months up front. My contract ended finally yesterday.

It is a gamble who you get. And three times they have canceled on me. If you want reliability, this isn't it.

This company does not save you any $$ at all. They charge $49 a month, and a $15 service fee for every clean ( not disclosed in initial agreement), plus a few other small taxes and fees. The cleaners all charge $22-35 per hour, not $19.95 like the ad claims. Most charge around $30 an hour So a one bedroom apartment costs about $170 to clean once a month. The cleaners don't usually have their own vacuum, mop, or cleaning supplies. If you don't have a high end vacuum, a nice new mop, and commercial grade cleaning products for stainless steel, chrome, granite etc, you will probably get a cleaning comparable to Motel 6 housekeeping services. Sometimes you get lucky, and your place looks nice when they are done. But you're going to end up paying double the amount, that the ads promise. If you complain, they will probably throw you a credit for your next clean. But overall it's a rip off. If it wasn't near impossible to find a cleaning service these days, and I was not recovering from an injury, I would have cancelled already. Can't wait till my 6 months are up

The cleaner did an awesome job in July and August. However, I was charged more than I was told in August and got no response to my complaint. In August, I was charged $35 the day of the cleaning and then another charge for $49 showed up on August 28th when I had no services provided. There is no way to contact the company except through a complaint page and they never respond to the messages I have sent. I have contested this charge through my credit card company and need to find out how to cancel the cleaning service, but they want to charge me $112 to cancel before my 6 months are up. Feels like a total scam to me, which is sad because my cleaner did a great job.

No shows. Changes dates. Can't talk to anyone. Want to cancel, there doesn't seem to be a way. I need consistency and dependable. This is not the service i got.
