There is no one to talk to when your account is overcharged. After complaining via site messaging chat my account was locked to where I could not cancel, or take my credit card out. no one is available to talk. I called my credit card company to reimburse a double charge, and that's when I received an automated email stating I'd have to pay 192.00 even though my 6-month contract started in May and did not get service till July due to their no-shows. I would not sign up with dazzling.

DO NOT USE. The cleaning itself was cheap and poorly done. But what's bad is that they have a double membership. You "cancel the cleaning service" but then they still charge you a membership fee for your "Forever Clean" membership. Complete BS.

It's a scam. You get charged 49 bucks a month, no service, and cannot cancel.

This is the worst company! I wish I could give 100 negative stars. First they send some random man that told me this was his first time cleaning. He spends two hours in my kitchen and when I went in NOTHING was clean. Then he goes into my master abd starts throwing up in the toilet! I am not joking. He then tells me he’s had to go and ran out. The second cleaner comes and cleans the living room and kitchen perfectly, then starts shaking bad says she needs to take a shower!!!! She gets in the guest shower and spends 30 minutes! I contact dazzle and they won’t refund me or cancel the plan! They expected me to let them keep sending random people into it one that weren’t cleaners! They then told me I would have to pay a $225 cancellation fee if I didn’t let them keep sending people. I’m not even joking! I contacted my credit card company and they happily flagged them for fraud and set it so they couldn’t charge my card any longer. DO NOT USE this company! They send random people instead of cleaning employees, they have horrible customer service, and they lock you into a contact without telling you.

I initially signed up to have some help after I had surgery. The first cleaner never showed up to clean anything but said she had been here for hours. The next one was great but it always was costing more than the original deal. I had to cancel the service when I had to go back in the hospital in January. They were never scheduled to come back and I sent a email to cancel the service until I got home. They kept billing my credit card sometimes twice a month and they were never here to do anything. Do not use this service!! I have asked for a full refund for the past 11 months , no word from them .

Bait and switch. These days, the cleaners you want aren’t available, so at the very last minute they auto-select a cleaner that you wouldn’t want to pick and you can’t get a refund because they selected them exactly at the 24 hour mark in which you can’t cancel an appointment without losing all your money. In my first case, they picked someone with basically a two star rating. In the second instance they did this, they selected someone ten dollars more an hour than the people I picked. Cleaners often show up hours late and without proper supplies. There’s a membership fee, platform fees, and it ends up being more expensive than hiring a cleaner on your own. Customer service said they would not auto-select a cleaner, but they did, and now they just flat out talk as if that that email never took place. Seems impossible to deny, but they do it anyway, knowing that you have no power to do anything and that you’ll just give up. There’s really no recourse once you lose your $100-$200. Maybe you’ll get lucky and have one or two good acceptable experiences, but it went downhill quickly for me. Stay far away!!

If you need a cleaning company, the last company you wanna call is dazzling cleaning. They’re a bait and switch company they will charge your credit card for charges that you don’t agree to. after you cancel service they will continue to charge you. if you use them you’ll be sorry. trust me I’m telling you from experience.

This place appears to be a scam. They attempt to lock you into a contract. They change what you owe they’re not direct buyer beware.
