Not only is the membership platform confusing, and a huge waste of money, I have tried multiple times to book a cleaner to come out and multiple times I have been ghosted and or told they were double booked and required rescheduling. This customer service is absolutely atrocious and nearly nonexistent and I do not recommend anybody use this platform. Find a cleaner and work with them directly, but definitely ditch this scam of a system that steals your money and has no quality control processes in place. Highly disappointed, and could not stress enough how frustrating this process has been.

I have scheduled appointments 5 different times. Only one person showed up and she came on the wrong day. Avoid this company. I would rate a zero if it was an option.

I would rate a zero if I could. First cleaner was an absolute no-show, decided to give them another. Try second cleaner worked at a snails pace, so I didn’t want them back again. Third time I tried, and they canceled the day before. When requesting to cancel my membership, they refused even though I told them they were not keeping up their end of the deal. Impossible to deal with their customer service. No phone number to speak to anyone and emails are answered at two in the morning so probably in another country. Absolutely ridiculous, don’t waste your time or money. For something that’s supposed to ease your stress it causes nothing but stress .

I feel I am scammed. I was under the assumption that I signed up for a one time service, but I was enrolled in a contract and breaking the contract requires me to pay $195.

If I can rate 0 star, I will! Very poor service, company assign cleaners without confirming availabilities, cleaner just cancelled or re-schedule randomly, caused lot troubles for one appointment! Cleaners are not being professional at all!

I have booked 8 cleaning services and have only had one. Each time I receive a cleaning person, followed by confirmation, then a reminder, the exactly 24 hours before a sorry message with a cancellation. The one cleaning that showed was so poor I still had to clean after she left. I’ve reached out to the company seven times already to no avail and I can’t cancel with out paying for six months, yet, I also cannot get any cleaning done.
