Absolutely atrocious company. I canceled with them in May of this year and they confirmed in email that they would stop charging me their monthly fee. I checked my statement and found them to still be charging me $49/month. After bringing it up to them, they said, "I looked into our records and I did see that you only cancel your cleaning plan feature and your membership remained active." WHAT?? My membership? No ma'am, I canceled my account with you - I told you to delete my information completely from your system. I told you I would not be continuing with using Dazzling Cleaning back in May. How dare you throw semantics at me when you sure as hell know what I was doing. I was canceling everything with you - it's in your email, your texts - everywhere. Watch out - this company will steal your money. I'm still fighting. Next report: Better Business Bureau

If I gave less than 1 I would have. Very bad service and their cleaners never show up and they never even bother to let the clients know. Awful customer service. Never that I would use them again😡😡😡

This company will automatically put you on a memership without your knowledge for continue service. And charge you! I did not apporved - contact them via email becuase is the only way - asked for them to cancel my account becuase you cant on their website - and yet the charged me 3 times. I had to put a dispute on my credit card to stop this and get my money back! Its a scam!!! The one time I used their services - the lady was great - but the company sucks!

I don't know why people are rating it any star. We are stuck with this company where you cannot expect any Customer Service and they kept charging you $52 for membership. The cleaners never show up on time and sometimes dont show up at all. The flip side you cannot call them or reach them. I am cancelling my membership now. I would everyone to stay away from them. If there is -ve Star rating I would give it that.

They make you purchase the “$19 First Cleaning” which seems like a great deal, BEFORE they disclose that you signed up for a $49 per month membership. And the $49 a month membership DOESN’T include any actual cleaning. It just allows you access to discounted cleaning rates. And if you cancel before 6 months you have to pay the “discounted” first cleaning in full. Such a dishonest way to do business. I will absolutely not use this company and I would recommend you do not give them your money.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would 💯 This company is a fraud. They tell you your first cleaning is free then try to charge you $154.25 to cancel if you do not want to continue. I just simply will not use the service. They can keep their total all they want in order to cancel bc there wasn't a total anyway. The cleaner that came did a half job and wasn't worth the free appointment so NO! I have reported this to the BBB.

Dazzling Cleaning is unprofessional. Last month, on the 24th or 25th of Nov, 2023, I had a confirmed cleaning appointment with them, but I was waiting for someone to show up. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I then received a false email saying I had rescheduled the appointment, which I didn't. Because of this, I made a new appointment on the 15th of Dec, 2023, based on their availability, but once again, no one showed up without any communication or reason. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. How could you miss the commitments without any explanation?

This is a total scam. I purchased a one time voucher for cleaning, and was locked into a non-cancellable subscription for 6 months. The voucher you purchase is just for the membership fee, and the actual cleaners require a separate hourly fee. They charge the membership fee regardless of whether or not a cleaning is booked for the month. On top of all that, they have TERRIBLE customer service. Can’t express enough how much I wish I had never fallen for the initial voucher offer. Total scam.
