Stay away, first you do not know someone will come until they come and then their whole subscription is problematic as you will not understand if you cancel, it got canceled or it did not. Not happy with it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!! Cleaner stole from me, admitted taking the item (in a text exchange), agreed to return it (in text exchange), then refused to reply and still hasn't returned it. Additionally, I was overcharged (charged for 4.5 hours when i only contracted for 3 hours. Lastly, the cleaning job was TERRIBLE. the company will offer ZERO assistance if you have any issues.

These 5 stars are BS. I did a cleaning, completed it, and days later they have been trying to charge my card SEVERAL times different amounts to the point that I had to call my bank to block them! 54 dollars here, 37 dollars there, and 34 dollars again? Seriously!? Absolutely not! And will never use this service again

Do not sign up, the trial is a scam you are actually signing a contract with them plus they charge you a membership fee monthly. The service also sucks as the my last person never showed up.

Scam!!! Be aware!! Never ever take service with them, With first $19 service, they get you signed up with membership of $49 monthly without your knowledge. Then on top of that, they charge cleaner fees. Also, if you move out from this scam, they charge $117 starting full charge of first service. Trust me, the company is dishonest, unethical and in fact, a scam to steal your money. Beware.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not use this company! They charged my CC and Judith (with high ratings) never showed up + the 415 phone number I found on their website goes to a “Town & Country” company that is has never heard of them.

I used their services for 4 more months in order to avoid the exorbitant contract breaking fee. I cancelled as soon as the 4 months were up, and they tried to hook me back. Here was my answer: "I cancelled my account and do not intend to have any cleaners from your company. Here are the issues: - First, the way you hook people is fraudulent: we suddenly are bound by a ridiculous contract that makes us pay a ridiculous sum every month - Second, your cleaners are definitely not safe. You claim that they are all background checked, but there is a discrepancy between the ones we book and the ones who actually come to our house - Third, your cleaners are not reliable! They either do not show up (and one even claimed that she did come and no one opened the door, then you charged me for that... when we were actually the ones waiting for her in vain!) or they show up hours later! - Fourth, the fees change from one cleaner to another + you also charge a fee on top of the monthly fee!! Unbelievable! So, please do not contact me again. Thank you." Their services are very flawed. Unless they make drastic changes, I do not see how their company will survive.

There customer service is awful cleaners cancel at last min they do nothing to help you better business bureaus need to be notified about this trash business
