If there was a lower number they would get it. They are Charging my card even after cancellation

I have never written a bad review for anything. Ever. But this has been pretty awful. The first two cleans were ok. I got the feeling the cleaners didn’t really like working for the company, but I signed up for 6 months, so I was going to honor that. The third time, no one showed. I complained, and they changed the cleaner and gave me a $20 credit, which was great. Then cleaner that was rescheduled never showed up. They were scheduled for 10 am Monday, but two hours earlier, I had received an email rescheduling for the following day. I just hadn’t seen it yet. Things happen! But no one reached out to see if I would even be available for the Sunday time. So we rescheduled again! But, and this is where I really felt I had to write this. I think the cleaner that showed up was homeless, which is no fault of their own! I want to make that super super clear! This was no fault of the cleaner. They didn’t show up with any supplies even though the company told me they would have their own, and I think they used my shower to take a shower and ate the fruit on my kitchen table. Again, the cleaner was super lovley and did their best. So, from what I can see, the company is taking advantage of people who don’t have other options and is forcing them to buy their own supplies and punishing them when things don’t go to plan. They also won’t let me out of my 6-month subscription even though I have been clear about all of this. I highly recommend not going through this company, or if you do, I would just try a few different cleaners until you find someone you like and then go private with them. That way you’re not giving this trash company any more of your money. I also got charged for all the cleans that no one showed up for. Clearly I should have read this page for just signing up because of a facebook ad. That's on me but this is kinda crazy.

FAKE - stay away !!!!

I wish there was a negative 0. This company is horrid and fraudulent. They bait you in with a 19.99 cleaning that automatically ropes you into a membership for 49 per month. Then they try to charge 75 as an “authorization” which they claim drops off. Then another cleaning fee. No customer service. No phone number. If you try to cancel within 6 months then 175 is cancel fee. I had one cleaning that was extremely mediocre and I had to clean behind the person. Do Not use this service for any reason.

They overcharge me and didn't refund me. The cleaner did a horrible job. They still have not refunded me the money they overcharged me. They don't have no contact number. It's a scam!!!! Please DON'T GO TO THIS COMPANY. Please don't use steph.

Total Scam. They have been charging me $49 per month. They make no mention of charging a monthly fee for their service. Then when you attempt to cancel or close your account, they will charge you a $149 cancellation fee. Run for the hills!

SCAMMERS! No matter if you like the service or NOT, you Will need to Pay the "Cancellation Fee" - more then $100, because they make you sign a contract. Do not fall for this, better to hire a good cleaning service company, pay extra, but DO NOT SIGN ANY Contracts!
