This company sucks you in on a service that seems reasonable, but they lock you into 6 months of $49 monthly "membership fees." They send a housekeeper alright, and the one I had was good, but they charge you a 15% premium on what they pay her. Then I found out that the amount that is supposedly going to her, is charged a 10% fee when they actually pay her. The biggest problem is that they randomly change your appointment with your preferred housekeeper to a different housekeeper at the last minute. They only text message, there is no customer support to talk to. A friend became disillusioned with them, and cancelled after four months of paying for their lousy service and fees, and they automatically charged her card $170 to cancel. This is a scam. It is not the housekeepers' faults, they are probably caught up in the scam too. This company should be shut down. I have been with them over four months and would like to figure a way out of this mess. It is the absolute worst.

We purchased a cleaning voucher for their cleaning service in the fall; because of medical reasons, we did not use it until the end of December 2023 after many texts and emails from them to the voucher and make an appointment. The cleaners arrived at home with a shopping bag with limited supplies in it and no vacuum. My husband was concerned and thought he might be homeless and needed a job. We gave him additional cleaning supplies and our vacuum to use. We let him stay but view his work closely. He was very slow but paid attention to detail. We gave him a nice tip because he took an Uber service to and from our home, and it was running hard. We did not make another appointment but gave him a decent review to help him. In the following two weeks, we received an email and text indicating another person was coming to our home. We did not realize the company automatically books us. She arrived as scheduled, with limited clean suppliers, but had a small vacuum. She ignored details, did not clean the master bathroom; she said she did not realize we had one, the glass top stove was not cleaned properly, etc. I contacted the company via email and told them we did not want an Uber-type company with different cleaners coming to our home and canceling their service to our home. We were told via email we co the cleaning service but not the memberships. I told them I did not purchase a membership. They billed us an additional $49 that week. We had no bookings, then added taxes or other charges for company service, and they said I did not cancel the membership, and the cancelation fee is $250. This company uses the coupon bate to get your credit card to charge other fees. Be aware!!

Complete scam. They are horrible to work with, and very difficult to get out of their plans. And once you finally do cancel, they will send cleaners to your house on appointments you did not ask for and then try to fight you on the cancellation

I had Dazzle clean for my mother in May 2023. Even though I had already paid them, they asked for my credit card number "to keep on file" or they would cancel the appointment. Having seen other reviews saying that they made unauthorized charges, I reluctantly gave them the number. A month later I saw they had signed me up for a monthly service. I told them that I didn't want this and to cancel it. They sent me a letter of confirmation... BUT CONTINUED TO BILL ME FOR MONTHS. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

I purchased a cleaning from Dazzle Cleaning on June 2023. I completed the one cleaning and then I cancelled my account on July 2023. They emailed me a confirmation on my cancellation. However, Dazzle Cleaning has been billing me monthly ever since. I canceled again, and communicated with them (see attached) that they again confirm my cancelation, told me that my previous cancellation did not take effect, and I should have canceled twice (!), once for my account cancellation and once for the subscription cancellation. Of course they refused to give me any refund. Nowhere in their website, or their cancelation communication did they specify that I had to submit a second cancellation for my subscription. It's obvious that this is how they do business, purposely trying to deceive their customers in continuing to bill them even after their customers have cancelled.

I booked a 4-hour cleaning including laundry service. The cleaner showed up late, worked for 2 hours, refused to do the laundry, saying it would cost extra (though I had already paid for it), and left early. I checked my receipt and saw that I had indeed already paid for laundry, so I requested a refund. Dazzling Cleaning does not employ cleaners; rather, they are "independent contractors", and they hide behind this to say that they cannot issue refunds, only the cleaners can do that. The cleaner heard I requested a refund, called me on the phone and harassed me in a couple of voicemails, and refused to issue a refund. Luckily, she was not too bright, and admitted she didn't do the laundry. Thanks to the recordings and my door camera, I have proof that the services I paid for were not provided, so I'll get a refund. Make sure you document everything, otherwise this company will scam you.

Worst cleaning company EVER… Big Scam

Don’t walk away from this company…. RUN AWAY!!! It is one of the biggest scams that I’ve come across in my 50+ years. Bait and Switch! Double-talk. Deceptive advertising. Hidden charges. I ended up paying more than $500 for only 7 hours of cleaning. After my 2nd cleaning and being charged triple what I expected, I had to pay $250 to cancel my “contract” for 4 more months. How these people aren’t in jail is beyond me.
