I haven't used these frauds in months, yet they still unsuccessfully attempt to charge my bank. They WILL NEVER get another penny from me so why keep trying? My bank has been informed about these fraudulent attempts and will continue to disallow their requests for payment. If there was a lower star rating I would choose it for these crooks!

Terrible from start to finish, only ever had one cleaner. He did an awful job. I then decided to cancel but they charge you a 45 USD subscription fee THEN if you want to cancel that they charge you 250 USD TO CANCEL that. No customer service. Steer clear don’t put yourself through it. IT IS A SCAM

I signed up for their 6 month 'membership' contract. During that time, 2, count 'em, 2 cleaners actually showed up to work. The first woman hobbled into my place in obvious pain and immediately informed me that she was scheduled for a knee replacement the following month. I didn't have the heart to send her away as she obviously needed the money, but the work she was able to do was...less than satisfactory or complete. The next cleaner was more concerned with where she could take her cigarette break than cleaning my place. As might be expected, the work was terrible: sinks were not scrubbed, floors not vacuumed, cabinets not dusted. The other 3 scheduled appointments all cancelled...at the last minute. EVERY ONE OF THEM. Great business model, if only it worked. Save your money and find someone directly and local.

It is scam. Try to aviod making any subscripation with them

My first 3 or 4 appointments were fine. After that, cleaners were no shows. My plan was for biweekly cleaning, and out of the past 2 months, I had 4 cleaners no show, one arrived with nothing but a mystery bottle of cleaner and febreeze, and one arrived with her son without asking if it was ok to bring him along. They charge a monthly fee and refuse to refund, even though my home was only cleaned once in two months, saying their service is like Netflix, and you still get charged whether or not you use it. I pointed out I had been trying for the full two months to use the service, but their contractors don’t show up, so the company provides no service. I asked to cancel and my ”account manager” lied and said she cancelled my account but didn’t. I figured out she lied and found how to cancel myself, but they made it very difficult to find on purpose

Dazzling Cleaning is a scam. 2 cleanings into my contract I was matched with someone who was unable to find my home, was 4 hours late and did a poor job. Even though I rated him low, they matched me with him again this week. So I cancelled my membership and was charged $170 early termination fee. Never again.

They are a scam company! This is both funny and ridiculous as I do my due diligence to avoid ever being scammed, but I didn't do that this time. My cousin had used this service for my apartment before and it was great so, there was no reason to doubt. So I signed up for their service. They sent me an email about the $49 monthly charge, which I was not aware of prior but was ok with. Then they sent me several emails about a voucher to make my first service free. I used the voucher and got a quote that my first cleaning service was $0. I was surprised and thankful. Guess what, they charged my account $39 and $49. I kept thinking the $39 would fall off but it has posted. I went on their website to try contacting them, but nothing. I went online and started seeing the reviews, my God! They are scammers! Do not sign up. I am reporting them to Instagram because that is how we found them.

Purchased four hour voucher and after the initial cleaning tried to cancel and was told would have to pay $200 for the initial cleaning. Cannot reach anyone in customer service. Doesn’t exist. Filed complaint with the BBB. I encourage others to do the same.
