Very upset with the lack of communication about their fees. And you stuck in a 6 month contract. Stay away.

After using Dazzling Cleaning once, I canceled the membership but they continued to charge me on my credit card. I disputed it with them, but they would not takeoff the 3 months after the initial cleaning. The girl that came was pregnant and she said it was just too much for her to do. I told her I was fine if she left and I would get someone else, but she decided to stay. She did not do a good job had an attitude while she was there, and I was not pleased with the cleaning person or the company. They knew how many bedrooms & bathroom I had so why did they send me somebody that’s pregnant and can’t do certain things. Again, I canceled the membership, but was still charged for 7 months. The credit card company issued a credit from October to January, but they could not issue the other 3 months without their consent because they said I did not cancel, which is not true. Word of advice. “do not use this company”. I guess we didn’t check the credit card carefully every month and didn’t see the monthly billing from them which was our fault. Hey, as long as they can bill the credit and we don’t say anything they keep charging us.

Zero stars and do not recommend. This was a horrible experience. The pricing was unclear. Between the membership fee and the hourly rate, it is overpriced. There was zero way to contact customer service except through emails. Both cleaners I had bashed the company and complained about not receiving proper compensation. I was overcharged for a reschedule because it was near Christmas. I was charged for another reschedule because it was too close to the appointment time but it was the cleaner who rescheduled, not me. I ended up canceling before the 6 months was up because they state clearly that you can cancel anytime. But was back charged full price for my first discounted cleaning (which was also stated, just NOT as clearly) but was worth it to get out of the contract with them.

Horrible company, the worst commercial experience of my life. Order service, been six weeks, 5 cancellations on their part, none on mine, no service yet. (they are also connected with multiple companies doing the same or similar bad service. Homeaglow is listed in their legal docs as the entity, dba as Dazzling Cleaning. They should get a class action suit on a number of levels) I have sent dozens of emails trying to get service, and they have yet to come through with a single successful delivery. This is a very very basic local service, you call, set a time, and people show up. But this company as intermediary is horrible. Avoid at all costs. They refused to refund, they refuse to remove my CC from their databases despite my written requests. Their app does not work and they cry about being a young company, but it's not true. They have been operating under multiple names and scamming people. Long list of upset customers on reddit can be found.

I believe this is a scam. I have had two alleged no shows in a row despite communicating. They go through a lot of work for $19. I also want bring light to the cleaner ghosting me, then gaslighting me, then calling me ungrateful for a service for which I pay and they get paid, and told me I clearly need help if I need someone to clean my home. If I could post pictures I’d add the screenshots

Please do not register to this scam people. they just needed the credit card details and take your membership for granted. there is no way you can enroll escape from them. even you cant stop the credit cards payment

Their cleaner canceled on me at last minute and they are still charging me monthly subscription fee without doing any cleaning service fee. Don not share your credit card with such scammers

Be aware of these scammers. They will do whatever they need to do to scam you. Their low price advertise is a trap, there are lots of hidden fees you will discover after your first appointment. You cannot even cancel your membership without paying six months of fees which is nowhere mentioned earlier. They would charge you $50 per hour but they would pay $15 to the cleaner.
