Scam!!!! They say and Advertise, cancel any time but...! They don't tell you until you try to cancel is.. there is fee to cancel...!!!

Although, I enjoyed my cleaning services with the employees that I worked with. I think it's ridiculous to charge $288 to cancel services with them. I paid each time and gave staff great tips each time. It's crazy to try to charge that for a short term cleaning. Everytime I looked up I'm getting a notification that they tried to charge my card for an appointment that THEY rescheduled... after I wanted to completely cancel.

Absolutely the worst cleaning service I have ever experienced. Cleaner came with absolutely no material of her own and in 4 hours, the house was barely more clean than when the cleaner first showed up. Dealing w Dazzling Cleaners is also full of scams if you don’t pay attention to the fine print. Beware and be sure not to let them sign you up for any monthly membership fee until you are sure that you found a reliable cleaner.

This company didn't cancel my membership had more canceled cleaners than I can count. Last straw one cleaner text me at 8pm asking for money because she was stranded living in her car. I was horrified how this company operates and contacted bbb due to stealing money out of my account due yo unauthorized charges

I was fine with my subscription and the cleaners... at least until I needed to cancel an appointment to accommodate a work obligation. I was going to cancel with more than 24 hours notice. The cleaner asked me if I could do an earlier time so she didn't lose her revenue - I could and so I adjusted in the platform. Then this service charged me like an extra $75 and said tough luck when I tried to dispute it. Do not use this service. It is not worth it at all.

This company takes money, traps you, makes promises and then is complete void of support and common sense on any issue or customer support. I played their games and filled my 6 months of premium service.. struggling through cancellations, rebookings and dazzlennever honoring my preferred cleaner requests. I got a flag in my account that offered a $97 credit for the next booking.. I booked an appointment I did not need, lowered the hours to be fully covered by the credit promised. Fulfilled the appointment, tipped the cleaner. And then dazzle tells me that creditnwas reversed becausr I cancelled the service. The service that I filled my obligation the prior month. I knew they were scammers and took a screen shot of their offer It took them weeks to reply... they have not paid the cleaner and took back the credit I earned. Support literally does not listen to you nor address any concerns and I regret getting involved . I'd give a negative star if I goodm Terrible business practices Terrible response times Traps you into a shady monthly service Almost every cleaner I met begged me to work with them outside dazzle And the cleaners get bad rates becausr what they have to work with on dazzle Off to BBB and anywhere else I can give this company a poor review and warn people on staying away. Listen to the reviews and the credit posts. I ignored them and now have an issue.

Keeps charging me for service I don’t want am not satisfied with. This a scam company but wish I could contact someone to resolve this so they would stop charging me. Have to stop payment tried to delete info on site but can’t

They charged me twice on the same day and they didn't come and clean ANYTHING. Don't give them your bank account number. I had 1 cleaning with them it was good but charging me and I'm still fighting for a refund.
